Clean and well maintained . They were on the middle of a renovation but they kept the impact on customers to a minimum. The back of a strip mall didn't offer much better of a view but the inside was clean and well taken care of .

Couldn't believe how dark and quiet the room is! Beds were comfortable and shower was great! We were extremely pleased and it made for a most comfortable stay!

Staff were very kind and pleasant. My wake up call never got programmed though which was disappointing and made for a rushed morning. Hotel was quiet, easy to find and good location, clean and comfortable.

The staff and the property were excellent. 12 minute drive to Pelee National Park. Good restaurants close by (just ask the front desk for recommendations). We would definitely return.

Door to our room needs a little work. It would stick and you had to give it a real shove to get it open and then to close it. Worried about disturbing people who may be staying in nearby rooms.

Very clean. The lady that was running the breakfast seemed unhappy. Perhaps she was tired that day, but she did not act very friendly or helpful. She put things away one minute before the time was up and I felt bad for the other guests that arrived right at the cut off time. I know she has a job to do but..... she is in the service business. May need to remind her?

Issue with my credit card on arrival, even though the card is active and has balance. Checked in late for a room for 1 night that was prepaid, arrived at 3am just to lay my head for a few hours and owner refused to give me my room without a $75 incidentals deposit. Had no issues taking a 200 debit deposit or 500$ cash though. Definitely not worth $300/night. Desk attendant was helpful, owner not so much. Won't be coming back.

Nice room, convenkent amenities, pehaps a little over priced. Was a lite disappointed that they wouldn't allow our bikes to be kept in the room with us--an inconvenience and security concern.

Parking at back of building. Back door unavailable to use had to go to front door. Employees hanging at back of building smoking etc for thier break.

Stayed with my husband for a weekend get away. It was perfect. Breakfast was great. Front desk was friendly. Lots of free parking. Wheelchair accessible.

We had an issue with the bathroom not being clean when we arrived. After reviewing with the attending manager The bathroom was cleaned properly the following day. Asked for some kind of compensation and were told because we had booked with Expedia there would be no compensation.

Our check out experience was not great. When checking out our bill was not ready and they said they would email it to us. After 4 calls later and the passing of 8 hours we finally received our bill . We questioned the email address that the bill was being sent to but they kept repeating it was right . But they had all capital letters . Very frustrating.

Had excellent COVID protocols in place to help us feel safe. The room was beautiful and kept in excellent condition. The check in process was a bit long considering we had booked in through the app and it didn’t seem to make a difference. However the clerk was kind.

Staff were great, room clean and fully set up. The breakfast was ok, given it was a bag of ok food because of COVID. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was on site and easily accessible. Dinner suggestions and directions to local sites were very helpful.

Had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and the staff on site were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return again.
