Room wasn’t clean, stains on carpet and walls. Graffiti was written on my car window, when I got in my car to check out. Mattress was old. Breakfast was very limited. Pool small and jacuzzi was ran down looking. Covers on objects around the pool. Window didn’t lock I was on bottom floor!

Five stars for the Ecuadorian girl at the front desk. Five stars. Everything else, from the old wiring to the nonworking fridge, lack of outlets, hair goblins still on the shower walls, (yes I’m serious), service not replacing soaps during clean up, springy beds, a heater that smelled like someone pissed in it, the black mold ceiling in the pool room and NO, they didn’t replace the fridge.
Lost me about $20 in groceries thanks to that. And they require a $100 deposit to check in after they already received payment on the booking.

Room was dirty, room had a terrible odor. Things were broken off the sink area. Hair dryer did not work, I had to call the front for one. Beds were not queen size, they were fullsize. Front desk was extremely rude at check in. Key did not open the door properly. Absolutely no water pressure. I would never book there again.

Homeless people sneak in here a lot, that was my experience. At 4:00 AM I was awoken to a man screaming in the hallway. It lasted for several minutes. I called the front desk and they called the cops. 30 minutes later the screaming finally stopped. The front desk told me it was a homeless man and my friends told me they had the same experience here before. Also, my comforter had stains on it, baseboards missing, carpet severely fraying, and dirty, cracked tile. I would never ever stay here again. Also, the only things offered for breakfast were cheap breads and a couple yogurts and cereal. No eggs, meat, or fruit.

I had a great experience at the baymount. It was classy quiet and it definitely felt private.

My room was very dirty. The soap used by the previous tenant was still in the shower, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The vent cover on the Heater/Ac was missing and it was very dirty underneath it. The office chair was broken so it leaned to one side. The breakfast was quite special; coffee, cereal, toast, and bagels.....that's it. The Hot tub was decent, however when you turn the jets on they blast ice cold water for the first 30 seconds or so. It does start to warm up after that but the pool is quite cool for a bit. The bed was harder than my liking but that is probably personal preference. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels than this but it's definitely towards the bottom of the list for me.

I was told to cancel because when I showed up at 3:30pm I was disappointed because rooms were not ready. I spoke my truth and the lady didn’t approve of what I said. That’s why she cancelled my reservation. Still waiting for my refund from the hotel…😡

Expedia should remove this property from its listing. It was dark, dirty, no elevator for second floor rooms, so noisy, dogs barking, filthy, worn carpet that needed vacuuming. Bathtubs that were dirty, questionable linens, check in was sketchy. Could barely understand the clerk that was clueless. I couldn’t even stay at the property. I had to leave and asked for a refund. I was told i could only get the refund through Expedia bad experience

We enjoyed our stay it was okay. The price was very reasonable and they allow dogs although 20,00 US seem high compared to other hotels. They say free breakfast but there wasn’t even coffee available so that was disappointing

I stay here a couple times a year. The property is a little run down, but the location is good. The breakfast is disappointing, with lots of carb options, but no warm proteins. I very often skip it and get food elsewhere. In my last 2 stays there have been maintenance issues in each of the rooms. In one room there was a lamp with no bulb and there was no hair dryer, but you could see where it had been broken off the wall. In the other room, the furniture was damaged, also one of the beds squeaked really loudly any time someone moved on it, the back of the key card reader was missing, and the sink was stained and nasty looking (but still clean). However, my overall experience has been good, and I will stay here again

Sadly, this hotel was very disappointing, especially for the price. The hallways and the room were absolutely filthy and stunk. The only thing clean in it were the sheets and towels, thank goodness for that. I will never stay or recommend this hotel again.

Would be nice if the ice machine worked, if the room was stocked with clean towels, and the outside entrance actually locked.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, however, the drain under the sink leaked whenever the sink was used and the shower faucet leaked as well. The motel would be much nicer if they would spend some money and upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms. The property has a lot of potential and character, it just needs some TLC.

The property seemed very old. Carpet needs to be replaced. The air conditioner was very loud as was the bathroom fan. The fitness center was a joke, broken equipment and only one set of dumbbells.

They didn't have my reservation, or couldn't find it. They checked someone in under my name 3 hours before I got there. Way over due for paint and carpet. Poor breakfast supplies

No Wi-Fi in room, go 30 ft down hall and it was ok. Older property in need of some updates, but still clean. It was the quietest room of our 5 day weekend. And locateed next Provo river path that part was great.

Very outdated furnishings. The carpet had stains. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. The room overall made you feel like it was not safe to touch anything. Walls and ceiling also had dirt and stains on them. I will not be staying there again.

The room was dirty, the ac control greasy, doors with finger prints and food partials , toilet paper dispenser with unknown partials the carpet through out the hotel was disgusting. I had to use soap to clean surface area . I would never recommend staying here .

There was a sketchy character looking in the garbage, and in the windows of all the cars and clearly on the prowl… We had to move our truck which had a loaded bed in front of the hotel… But the front desk was very helpful and told us to park under the lights right in front of the front door… I would not have thought in such a nice neighborhood that they would have that kind of prowler without some police response but maybe that was an isolated incident incident the hotel
