Although the main entrance was under construction, everything went smoothly. We were checked in by Faisal, who was very professional and patient, and made sure we got a great room as quickly as possible. The breakfast was also a highlight. Lastly, we were reassured by the constant presence of security in the parking lot.

Bed was comfortable and hotel was fairly quiet. Room was clean except the carpets were stained as well as the drapes. Shower water pressure was low and the water would not drain which was gross. Hot water was also an issue. Couldn’t get anyone to bring us more towels, we called twice and no one ever came.

Everything went well! Only complaint was we were a family of 5 and they didn’t want to leave extra towels and would get upset if we asked for more. While the laundry room had tons of towels. Other than that everything was good!

Our work truck was broken into and tools stolen between 7 and 745pm. No help from management as they stated cameras could not be accessed due to no onsite manager. Was told their supposed security guard hadnt started his shift yet.
Hotel is ok but parking lot is not safe at all and manager doesnt seem to want to be helpful. Just said call the police and it will take time to access cameras. How long does it take to review a camera for a 45 minute time frame? Something seems suspicious to me....i suspect the cameras dont work

Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is passing through the Bay area and needs a good nights rest.

Hotel had great customer service. What I loved was that they allow pets to stay. As many people have their pets and it’s very hard to travel because many hotels don’t accept them and they are part of one’s family. Their breakfast was very good and coffee as well.
I would definitely stay again. I recommend it if you have your dog and it’s part of your family that travels to stay there. Thank you.

Booked last minute cause I was tired of driving. Overall the room was clean and quiet. There was a room playing some loud music after 10pm, but I just had the tv on to drown out that noise. Checking in and checking out was easy. Will book again when I'm in the area.

I have returned to this La Quinta a few times now. I really like this hotel. At check in, the lobby is clean, pretty, and very easy to navigate. They have snacks, drinks for purchase, and self serve coffee, tea and water. The check in staff is really nice. They were helpful when we needed to stay an extra night and they made adjusting reservations easy. By far the best part of this hotel is the FULL BREAKFAST in the morning with waffles! Also the Target shopping center across the street is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy. There’s a great pool and hot tub area with nice plants. I brought my dog, it was easy to take him out for a walk and they have some good grounds around the hotel. In summary, this place is great and will continue to be my “go to” when visiting Hayward.

First room smelled like dog urine. After switching rooms it was fine. Walls were thin and the traffic in the hallway was loud all night. Lots of light in the parking lot which made it feel safer but the curtains didn’t block it off so the room never got super dark

It wasn't the property so much as the Desk Help in the morning. I have stayed at La Quinta many times this year and was going to continue to until what happened this morning. When I arrived I saw that there was no freezer in the room I was in. I went to the front desk and asked to have it placed in their freezer for the night. I am a Diabetic and need it to keep my Insulin cool. I came to the front desk and asked for it and the girl there gave it to me unfrozen. It had been placed in the refrigerator and not the freezer! I asked why it was not placed in the freezer and the girl looked at me, shrugged her shoulders as if to say "so what if it isn't frozen". I tried to explain that it was for my insulin and that I needed to keep it cold but she just looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and she could care less.
Never have I had this issue with La Quinta before! I will never stay at this place again! There are too many options and places to stay to be treated so poorly!
My Insulin was lost as I could not keep enough Ice to keep it cold. A waste of $ 135.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always a comfortable stay with a well stocked breakfast. Options include eggs, meat, potatoes, fruit, waffles, oatmeal etc. Close to shopping and other food options.

The only review I can say it’s I am in difficult my car it’s broke last night and the agent from Expedia call this hotel to weave to allow us to cancel and refund the money and they don’t allow us to do that that terrible
