Property was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Only negative was that the pool area needed attention. Pool water was cloudy and there were several used towel scattered around. I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The nightly reception/happy hour was a great way to kick off the evening. The breakfast bar is such an added bonus. Overall a great stay.

We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. The kids were running around, kicking doors, playing tag in the hall and being disrespectful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff had to come up twice and talk to them but they kept running from her. More needs to be done to hold the adults accountable that are traveling with the teams. Several parents were drinking at the bar as the kids were running around. I know the hotel makes their money off these teams but they are scaring away other customers.

"It's good to stay there .. clean .. but the air condition very noisy whenever it run .. may be the air-conditioning system a little bit too old ! Other than that .. everything good , especially recept..."
