Super easy to get to and located near several great eating places. The beds were so comfortable and love the fresh baked cookies in the evening.

Everything was great except for one tiny thing. The alarm clock had USB ports, however, neither port worked to charge my cell phone. I was able to use the power strip nearby to charge the phone. Other than that the stay was great, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Did not have the correct room available. Had to relocate to a different hotel which they said would be an upgrade premium room. NOT!!! Sure the room was able to sleep all of us but was not a premium nice room.

We had a king bed and the room was very spacious, the room and bath were perfectly clean & ready for our arrival, bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't make it down for that so not sure what was offered as options. Great location to I-435 near by and lots of restaurants in the area.

We were in handicap room. The shower was roll in (not a problem) however the water did not completely drain for 24 hours. Room had odd chemical smell. I also would suggest some protein options for breakfast like hard boiled eggs and Greek yogurt.

Staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly. The property was very neat, updated, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. Once checking into the room we were very satisfied. (The only thing I would've liked to add is a bathroom fan.) Your establishment was found to replace a reservation error elsewhere and we were very pleased to be able to stay there with you at Hampton Inn & Suites.

We had a wonderful experience here. We can usually come up with something we do not like at a Hotel as we travel a lot. Everything was absolutely perfect here. Easy check-in, clean rooms (great darkening blinds), loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash full size with pumps and breakfast was fresh with a huge variety. We will stay here again for sure!

This property might be in a chain, but it seems to be run as a five-star boutique property. The staff the facilities, and all the details were at the highest level. I would select this over hotel over much more expensive brands not only because it’s a greater value but because it was an incredibly well run facility.

They are pup friendly, however they do not allow dogs to stay in kennels in the rooms. Another issue we ran into is that they didn’t have roll away beds. Our reservation was for five and there were only two beds. We needed more bed space than what was offered to us.

Location of the hotel is perfect-close to everything. Hotel was easy to check in and ample parking. Room was basic and clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and water pressure was awful.
