The hotel is just great! We felt spoiled and loved the amenities. Everyone was nice and the breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. We truly were thankful for the plant-based beauty products since we are vegan. The room was comfy and the only improvement would be allowing us to access Netflix through the TV.

The Bellhop Harry was great! Helene at the front desk was amazing. All the other staff were fantastic too. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's an average hotel. In 2-4 years, it would require improvements. I received a camera that I was not satisfied with. I gave up on other hotels to test it, but I don't think I will choose this option again. All in all, it's not bad, but they didn't hit me with the camera at all.

The rooms are old style, the rooms need a thorough renovation, the price is expensive compared to hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and varied

Rooms were amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Washrooms were really nice. Lobby was beautiful. Only thing i didnt like was the restaurant bar on the 7th floor. Needs a renovation for sure .

The pool is well situated on the top floor, and the hotel is very close to the metro and easily accessible. The bathroom was not so clean with walls of the shower really dirty (with mold).

Definitely Not a 5 star hotel. Towels were thin and scratchy. Our last night, room service did not clean our room.

Was about 30min walk to most things downtown and restaurants /coffee shops were nearby! Staff were very helpful and my room was nice and clean

The family room was very small and disappointing. The cot for my baby was dirty. There were only 2 bath towels in our room and when we tried to ask housekeeping for more there was no answer. Restaurant service was ok. Don't be fooled by the photos, the pool was as small as our room!!

The non smoking room smelled like smoke, but eventually they agreed to switch my room. Then there was water leaking from the ceiling onto the carpet in the middle of the night. They put some towels on it and said they would call the repair man in the morning. I was just shocked because I never experienced this before. They apologized but I would expect that they would have discounted my stay but they did not. Oh well.

The staff were terrific and the hotel is nice enough but a little dated. But the images of the pool are very misleading. No view of anything fron the rooftop (it is surrounded by fence and lower than many adjacent buildings) and very small. As this was a main reason for staying, it was a disappointment and I felt it was misrepresented in the publicity images. The surrounding area is without any interest. Have to taxi everywhere. If in Athens for tourism, better to stay closer to Plaka/Monastiraki. All felt a bit lifeless and over priced for what we paid compared to other kinds of accommodation in Athens if you don't use the pool or gym. Nothing negative about the staff who were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. There are lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. One metro station is very close by and the metro was easy to take to anywhere. The breakfast is plentiful with pretty much anything you could imagine. The pool is pretty small and the rooms are a bit older looking. The hotel staff is really helpful in arranging any transportation needs and airport pick-ups and drop-offs. We used a baby crib and they had it set up in our room on arrival. One word of warning, they provide water each day. At check-out I was told we had a mini-bar charge and I was surprised because we did not use the mini-bar. The water they put in the fridge is the same as the ones they give free, so our family of five thought they put two out and two in the fridge to get cold for you, but no, the two in the mini-bar are paid. We had checked at the mini-bar menu at the beginning of our trip and there was no price for water listed that we saw. Typically paid water has a hanging tag or is a different brand from the free water, so I was surprised. While it’s not a big deal, it felt weird to be nickeled over the same free water that was in the fridge.

We stayed one night on our way back from Crete before leaving Greece. It was our son’s 7th birthday and the hotel sent up two cakes with a candle for our family to celebrate. They also sang “Happy Birthday” to him. It was so sweet! The breakfast is good and plentiful with choices and the hotel location is nice with lots in waking distance and a metro line is an easy walk away. Also, the hotel can arrange pick-up and drop-off transportation to the airport which was really easy and convenient for our family of 5.

Very nice hotel but a bit far from sites. Easy cab rides help make the trip enjoyable.

Shower head was broken.

I didn't like the bathroom, the bathtub is too narrow/small and no fixed shower head, just a conventional hand held shower.

Decent normal business hotel.

I would have loved it if the pool and pool restaurant were open later.

Hotel rooms need some update since carpet and furnitures are old and wear out.

There were less tourists
