The entire apartment was wonderful and very clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro and near to restaurants and stores.
Staff were pleasant and efficient. It was nice that they let us check in early. The property has lockers for those who arrive earlier that check in time and washers in the basement.
I was impressed with the size and comfort of the unit.
I think this will be my basis for future rankings of what a rating of 10 should be.
The electrical panel in the room has blinking lights which I think were from the router that could be bothersome for other guests. Changing the panel cover would do the trick.

Great location near the center of kolonaki, modern flat, nice bed, convenient bathroom

Unfortunately we only had an afternoon and stayed overnight before a morning flight, so we didn't get to enjoy the room fully. But it has everything one needs, coffee machine, the beds were set for both kids, everything was super comfy and inviting. My daughter loved her little sleepers.
The location has a good rating and it isn't bad at all, there are many restaurants and Cafes in the area. But the metro is a bit too far when travelling with luggage and kids, we found.
