Situated on a hilly land and away from the freeways and busy streets, yet very close and convenient to get on and off it. Simple, clean and non dated. Short distance from many good restaurants. It easily meets the needs of a brief layover when trying to reach a second destination through busy LA traffic. Very affordable. It’s just awesome! Highly recommend.

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The staff did not clearly understand the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and still knocked early in the morning before check out time. Overall the bargain of booking online of a "lower" price comes at a much higher cost

The bed was very loud and uncomfortable, if I would move it would completely shake. Almost as if it was going to fall apart. It was very loud, without the A/C on you can hear all of the road noise and passing traffic

Other than the state of CA doing construction on the main road in and out of the property, everything was great. Quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Within 5 minute or less drive to dining options or the freeway. Easy and free parking on premises, which is a bonus in the LA area.

The heating and air conditioning unit in our room made noises all night, like a bird or critter were somehow trapped inside. Made sleeping a bit of a challenge, but that was the only issue.

I love that it is a quiet area not far from the freeway and in a great location, near a lot of restaurants that are open late. The staff here were friendly and helpful. It was a great and smooth stay.

My experience as very bad. I have booked a King bedroom but the bed was too small. Also there were no separate toiletries provided and this is my first experience where i have not seen separate toiletries. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were used by several other people which i did not like personally. The room was not clean too. And there was no exhaust fan switch in the bathroom and it kind of smelled pretty bad.

I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and stylish, the staff are friendly and they have DOVE dispensers near the sink and in the shower. Gone are the days of boutique soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotions. From a guy who doesn’t like that sticky, oily feeling I’m glad Holiday Inn is using Dove - the stuff so use at home. The bathroom is very modern and on par with newly built homes. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and beautiful and is on the same level as any high end hotel chain. Definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

The room was good and quiet but nobody came to clean the room for the 7 day stay. We asked the naids to bring towels but they just handed them in exchange for the towels. We asked them to replenish the bathroom body wash but nobody came. We asked them the second time and they handed me a bottle to replace.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was very close to perfect. The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Ice machine, elevators, and laundry space were all clean and in good shape. We felt safe and very happy to stay here! The only downfall was there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. Even just some basic things like cereal and yogurt would have made everything perfect, but this wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely stay here again when playing in Chino Hills!

1 elevator down. Long wait for the other elevator, if you are is hurry. A bit inconvenient as it becomes hard to kredict the amount of time it takes to get an elevator. Otherwise a good, clean hotel.
