Even though i am on the second floor, the corridor was noisy with many people talking and laughing in the hallway until past 11pm. Other hotels have a noise curfew.

Someone stole our “dryer time” as they took out our laundry and dropped it on top of the dryer all wet and dried their own with our paid-time!

Welcoming staff memebr at the front desk. First time staying here was kind of leary about it but was quite surprised by the area. Close to all amenities. Hotel was busy at all so it was nice and quiet

While front desk staff helpful, my nose has not stop running, itching from these dirty, nasty, old carpets. I truly read wrong review, as I thought this was a nice hotel, it’s an old dirty dump. Parking lot a rock pile.

I did discover about a years worth of thick dustbunnys and diapers behind the couch. Some staff were barely welcoming.

Full marks for being green. No energy was expended to clean the room, to wash the towels and linens. Filthy room no replacement of coffee towels soaps etc. property was in shambles. Will not return.

I had a nice stay at the Comfort Inn, although it’s location was not very convenient for my needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. It would be an excellent stop over for someone with a car because its so close to the QEW. Despite that, my stay was calm and quiet.

I had a 1 night stay in order to attend a wedding in the area. Room was clean and comfy, too bad therebwas no breakfast avaialble i think restaurant is being renovated

The comforter on the beds were stained, when I called front desk no one answered. We found we were itchy when we were laying in the bed, also the pillow smelled a bit like smoke. I was not very satisfied with the amount I paid for this room. Also when I showered in the morning, there was a couple hairs in the shower.

We stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned. The handle on the toilet broke off (cheap). The TV was small and analog. Carpeting cheap. No amenities at the hotel. Free coffee tasted vile, undrinkable. The location was out of the way. Overall, not great and overpriced.

Have stayed here several times, always with excellent service and good value. As far as I can tell, the pet-friendly rooms are just as clean as the non-pet rooms. Air was pretty stale upon first entering our room, this time. First floor sliding patio doors could use screens.

It was rhe cheapest place on long weekend, but still cost an unbelievable amount. The room looked good at first glace, but blanket had a stain and looked like it needed to be washed. The bathtub was also dirty. Otherwise it didnt look bad.

Super over priced for a property in a sketchy area. Vending machines had no water when I was there Coffee maker spat out its dying gasp Dirty, run down, and the restaurant thats attached is closed. Why is this place still in business.

Mattress was badly stained on sides. Sheets/ mattress cover did not cover full sides of mattress and couldn't help but see it. Carpets in room were dirty, couldn't go barefoot as feet got filthy!! Staff very friendly. No restaurant on site and reviews said there was

First, we were there for the Canadian Henley week, which is hectic for area hotels and restaurants. Second, the location is convenient relative to the race venue and local stores and restaurants, but no walkable options -- there is no on-site dining. Third, the rooms are clean but small and darkly furnished, which feels dated. Ours smelled of stale cigarette smoke -- despite signage that clearly prohibits smoking -- and that was a big disappointment in this day and age. Last, the hotel staff and front desk were great. The reception area and public spaces are clearly more recently renovated than the rest of the hotel. I don't think that I will stay here again for future events, but if the price is right, go for it.

We loved our room. It was quite unique in shape and very spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and we felt safe. We wished that the restaurant at the hotel was still operating and the hotel, itself is ready for an update.

Convenient location for attending the Shaw Festival and going to wineries throughout Niagara Region. Staff were particularly helpful in ensuring a room on the main floor as there is no elevator.
