Great time, we enjoy every day of our stay. That was a very different experience very Clean, great housekeeping, the room was always perfect.

We get marry 3 days ago, and we decide to get 2 night in this hotel , I’ll never regret it , everything was perfect and Pedro was very helpful , profesional , all the guys in front desk , we love the stay there , thank you 🙏

Nice People and we had agood time. The neighborhood was vibrant with great restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time in Little Havanna,loved the food and the Vibe

Arrived late at night. The AC made a lot of noise when it kicked in to cool again. We called front desk in the morning and they promised to fix it. We were out all day & came back early evening but it was not fixed. We called front desk & they sent nice young man but it as not fixed. When we checked out we told lady about the issue & we were awaken by the AC noise every night we were there & all we got was; “We’re sorry”. It would have been nice to comp at least one night or something. Staying there was not cheap and we came to relax, but had bad nights from the AC noise.

Checking in was a breeze thanks a lot to f.d Pedro! He made it possible for us to check in an hour early which is a big deal for me coming in from Atlanta from night duty!
The food from Bar 50 was tasty and prepared with class!
The heated pool was a plus factor too!

They didn’t tell us the $15 credit was only for the bar. The beds were too hard.

It was a solid hotel experience. I enjoyed my spacious room along with the nice shower. The pool was awesome and the gym had enough equipment.

Clean hotel, in a very good location, can walk to restaurants, shops. The only negative is having to pay for parking which is very pricey at $35/ night even though you are a hotel guest. Guess that’s common for Miami, though. Would definitely stay again

I enjoy this hotel and always love the lights under the bed that illuminate when you get up in the middle of the night. Room was clean, cool and comfortable. Service was a little clunky this trip - notes under the door about my credit card ( which they had wrong) and

Excellent food at this hotel. Beautiful pool and we enjoyed the poolside snacks and drinks. Pool towels provide were worn and tiny. . Bathroom seemed dated for such an elegant hotel.

Awful! Room smelled very damp and on further inspection we find black mould. We stayed for half an hour and checked back out. Charged 1 nights stay too. Moved to another hotel which was stunning. Staff not helpful at the Hyatt. Entire place needs a full renovation, peeling paint, old furniture etc. Appalled at finding black mould in our room!! Do not stay here
