Pillows were so thin that even folded in half they were too small. There was no blanket, just sheets. Heating sytem worked great though, and very quiet. We had 2 vehicles and for some reason the front desk lady kept saying that we should park our small pickup truck in back because of "logistics". Also, people seem to like to pee just outside the front door.

The hotel is dark and creepy and smells bad. Everything looks, smells, and feels dirty in the room and in the hallways and lobby. We weren't even sure the sheets had been washed. I was supposed to be staying with my husband and two kids. My husband and I checked in, walked into the room and left. Drove down the street to another hotel and got a room there. We could not bring the kids into this hotel. Waisted $100 on an awful place we didn't even stay in

This was an adequate experience. The room wasn’t great or awful. The sheets were clean, but there were cigarette holes in them. The room seemed dingy and dark. The bed could have used a decent comforter. Everything about the place was the minimum effort and that was noticeable. Staff was not particularly friendly. I was asked what room I was in several times while passing through the lobby and while having breakfast. I had a sense they were always on the lookout for people stealing their meager breakfast offerings. Everyone spoke politely enough but it wasn’t friendly or welcoming. This is my second stay here. The first one was several years ago when I witnessed a racially charged exchange between a black man peacefully waiting for a taxi in the lobby and the owners trying to make him wait outside in the cold. Human decency wasn’t observed. Overall the stay was unpleasant. I’m glad I didn’t have to be in the public areas much.

Terrible breakfast set up. Juice machine was broken; milk dispenser was empty; the toaster was dirty and smelled of burned toast. Very limited selection.

Many things wrong with this place… woke up Christmas morning to a bed bug in my room, which I guess according to the exterminator is a common occurrence there? It shouldn’t be. I was moved to a smaller room which is no problem. An older maintenance man- I think he’s Indian, Asian of some sort, wears glasses and works there regularly- came from behind me while I was at the vending machine on the first floor and just blatantly took my second drink that came out from the vending machine. He ignored me when I asked him if that was normal and just gave it to his wife/coworker right in front of me as if I wasn’t standing there. Another stranger who was staying there said he’s done it to others before. The same man also tried to accuse me of stealing a pillow from my room because my pillowcase was also white? He is disrespectful and should not have a job there with the way he treats people. The only good thing about this entire place were the two kind black women that work the front desk, and the older white man who helped me with the bed bug issue. I’m disappointed with my stay and will not be returning.
