I asked to fix the bed and change of towels everyday for the whole duration of stay and I even filled out their form for request and it was just done once.

Still relatively new and still in "final touch' stage, the new look is very nice. I had to switch rooms because there was no hot water, phone service or power for the bathroom exhaust fan. Got in a newly assigned room it had everything but power for that bathroom fan. Long story short, had hot water in 30 minutes while I was at Walmart grabbing a few items. Came in, took a hot shower, left for a job, came back, showered and slept all night. Ya get 5✨
Unfortunately I didn't get to get photos. Was too tired.

CLEAN! I had originally booked at the Wyndham in this same town and had to check out because it was gross and dirty with the heat not working. This Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable with nice staff at the front desk.

Some fast food options, limited close eat in dining options in the area. Could only access property by inconvenient u turn on busy road.
Otherwise, staff was helpful, property was clean and taken care of, and breakfast was good

It was a good overnight stay. I want to really say that Ciera at the front desk was awesome!!! She is a great example of someone born to be in hospitality!!! She made the stay great

a lot of thing in the hotel and in the room were broken:
pool was not maintained for years
only one(out of two) elevator worked
microwave in the room didn't work properly
coffee machine in the room was broken
they shut off water for half day in the rooms

I like the closeness to the highway but did not care for the poor maintenance of the facility or room cleanliness

The location is in a sketchy area, the AC was weak and the pool was not open with green water.

Very nice experience and a very convenient location to visit our son at Case Western. Rooms were very up to date and attractive. I was expecting it to feel older but it did not feel that way.

The property was dirty, old and dated. The pictures online don't even look like the same property. the pool was tiny and EMPTY! The emergency door on the 2nd floor was stuck barely open and hard to walk out of (VERY UNSAFE). I highly recommend you stay elsewhere

Absolutely horrible. When we checked in we were informed the king whirlpool room we paid for is not available. No whilpool tubs only stand up shower and that expedia had been informed of this march 30th and still continue to book these whirlpool rooms. Expedias descrition of amenities is a straight up lie. There is no shuttle bus, even tho there is a picture of one claiming FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE. This does not exsist. Our trip was july 5th-7th. 90° and climbing....pool is bone dry. No pool. So! In a nut shell, holiday inn blamed expedia, expedia blamed holiday inn. Fabulous customer service! Yea right. No compensation was even offered. We were tricked. Nothing but lies.

My room was very clean when I check in and the beds were very comfy.

We had to move 3 rooms after checking due to the dirty condition of carpets, stains on sheets and lack of basics like phone.

Drove around for an hour trying to find the hotel (no identifying on the building). $300 a night and no view whatsoever. Room is VERY small. We just arrived so our opinion might change.

Hotel is in pretty bad condition. Molds and not clean, breakfast was good. Pool also not open which is very disappointing.
