Older hotel. Rooms clean. We stayed on the newer section which I was grateful for!!!

Elevator is a joke!!! Barely big enough to get the cart in if you are good at maneuvering

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! There was hair *everywhere* throughout my room, in the shower and on the “clean” towels. The heat wasn’t working either, it could only get up to 62 degrees while it was snowing and freezing outside. I checked out and went to the Holiday Inn a few blocks away that was super clean and nice.

Stay was good. Breakfast included with different options of hot and cold offerings. Love the no carpet in room. A little snafu with housekeeping one day that was immediately fixed by management. A perfect location for my needs.

My 1st room the front door lock wasn’t secure, the 2nd room the heat didn’t work the windows weren’t completely secured no iron bathroom door was molded and broken

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The garbage cans around the property were overflowing and never emptied the whole weekend. No lighting at the top of the building which is the only area for me to take my dog. Stay was just okay.

The room was a lot cleaner snd comfortable than I expected.I really appreciated the little package they gave during check in, sometimes it’s the little things that count. The best part for me is that the rooms had windows that partially opened I love the fact that I had the option of fresh air.

Water turned off 6-8 p.m. for repairs. Serious leak in ceiling outside my room. Waiter streaming on carpet. Was given a clean room in the floor below but dogs barking. Comfortable bed and quiet. Grateful for several hours of sleep.

No restaurant! The lobby felt small and dirty. We actually left and were refunded the whole amount. Thank you, Expedia.

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. The free breakfast was good and the hours everyday from 7-10 provided plenty of opportunity if you slept in a little.

Front desk reception is only positive about this place . She was very friendly. I was given wrong room but she corrected soon as I asked .
But the rest of the property is horrible . Room is absolutely filthy . Bed sheets stained ,tables chairs ,and floors are absolutely filthy . You couldn’t pay me to stay here again ! The pictures of the property shown on Expedia are beyond false. The pictures showing the room and property couldn’t be more false . The pictures showed an upstanding property but couldn’t be more further from the truth.
Hairs in the shower and bath tub . I can go on and on!! A very poor conditioned property ,
Not happy whatsoever. I’ll never use this place or Expedia again to book a room!!!

Stayed for about 3 nights, the room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The elevator is a little small but still useful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it wasn't too bad. Staff was friendly, breakfast was better than expected. First room we were checked into had the wrong bed types (we reserved 2 king and the room we were originally checked into was a king and a queen) and had a horrible cigarette smoke smell. Thankfully the clerk moved us quickly with no problems. The whole hotel has a cigarette and weed smell to it which is very odd considering they make you sign a paper acknowledging it was a non smoking hotel. The hallways were extremely hot and not vacuumed. The beds weren't very comfortable, and the floors were not swept very well. There was a $50 "incidental deposit" required at check in, which I didn't see when booking but no problem. When I checked out and asked about the fee on the receipt the clerk assured me that it would be refunded in 5-7 business days so hopefully it is. Overall it wasn't a bad stay for what we payed.

The room was very spacious, but the bathroom was very small. On our last night there was a barking dog left in a room right next to us, but management seemed to take care of it. The breakfast was amazing, different choices every morning! Would definitely stay there again

Just ok. Nothing fancy. Old. Some parts are torn up like the elevator. It was very noisy. Thin walls and someone with a child or dog running above our room until 1am or so.
The rooms were clean. The sheets were clean. No bug beds. If you are going to be in your room alot i would not stay here but if you arrive very late like us and leave early the next morning it was worth the lower price then what the hotels sell for in DC directly. Im picky on my rooms and will not stay in the cheapest but did not want to spend over 300.00 for each 2 rooms i needed and this worked for us for a night.
They had shampoo, conditioner, soap in rooms. I called and was told no microwave but there was a microwave so that was dissappinting since we wanted to bring micro food.

When we first arrived, the front desk staff was friendly. When we made our way to our room, and the hallways smelled so strongly of weed. Other guests were running up and down the hallways at night, slamming doors, the doors to the parking lot would get propped open at night, allowing anyone to come in and out, the house keeping would come and clean our room each day, but they would never provide us with clean towels, so literally every day we would have to go down to the front desk just to get clean towels. I mentioned something to the front desk about this, and they said they would take care of it, and they never did. The shower wouldn’t stop running, so it just dripped constantly when not in use. Save your money, and stay somewhere else.
