Parking was a plus.
Beach within a short block away.
Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
A/C was difficult to control.

We loved it here. Not super fancy but steps to the beach and boardwalk. Good area. Felt safe. Close to bars and restaurants. We’ll stay again if we’re in PB.

Close to the beach and proximity. The only thing was that our room was just cleaned the there was a wierd smell on bathroom. I was offered a room change yet the smell came from chemicals they used to clean and was gone in a couple hours .

Was able to check in early. Highly recommend this spot, steps away from the beach.
