It was a nice place to stay. Great pool, Sana, and jacuzzi. Great breakfast in the morning. Items that everyone liked.

Refrigerator was iced up and would not cool my cola so I turned it off and defrosted it. Room was wheelchair rated as I requested. Shower was slippery, the non slip area was worn and the first tile outside the shower is tilted and slippery, only one mat was provided for nonslip so I used it on the tile.

Everything was acceptable except the bathroom and service. Due to door angle the shower bar was so high that if you touched the curtain while showering the bottom would flop out of the tub and you’d have a mess to clean up. Which my wife found out the hard way. Bath towels were glorified hand towels. Half the water pressure still came out the tub spout. The shower head was crusty and gross, almost no pressure. There’d been water damage to the walls, the fix is to just put a new coat of paint on it. The staff didn’t enforce any quiet time rules. And the one time I went down to get away from noisy neighbors to try and relax in the hot tub, there was a concert on a blue tooth stereo, while 10-15 kids ran around. Several jumping from pool to hot tub to pool. It was more relaxing in the room anyway. The front desks response was “oh, they have a speaker in there? Do you want me to ask them not to use it? They aren’t supposed to have one in there anyway.” Mind you, the front desk is less than 20’ from the door to the pool room. And you could clearly hear the music while we talked. It was a good high quality speaker. I’ll give them that.

The unit above ours had a window screen punched out and sitting in the ground in front of our unit. The bath tub facet was very loose to say the least.

The bed is ok, but the pillows are awful. I had a reservation for 4 nights, but the clerk programed my key for only one night. On my second evening, I had my arms full with my dinner and some shopping, but the key didn't work, so frustrating! I had to take the stairs back down to the lobby (no elevator), to get it fixed. The franchise claims to be Green by not changing the towels everyday, but uses styrofoam extensively for the breakfast and lobby coffee. The breakfast food quality is very poor.

Overall it's was good but I got a suite and was advertised to have a spa tube sperate from the bathroom and it didn't even tho it says so in the details of the room on hotels.com which was the main reason I wanted the suite otherwise I would have gotten a standard room and saved an extra $40 on the room

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The pool was very clean! Wonderful breakfast, items such as waffles, cereal, eggs, potatoes and sausage, variety of juice, yogurts and more! The room was cozy, big tv, the beds were great, the only thing was the pillows (very soft) next time we will bring our own. During the shower, the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed but great water pressure and hot. Our stay was quiet, clean, and excellent service! When we checked in, treated with respect and smiles. We will be back, thank you!!!

Looked good on the website. Hotel is old and tired has paint peeling on the walls old fixtures and needs a major renovation to be current. I expected better. Comparable to a roadway inn or other low budget motel.

The property was fine although a bit tired. Expedia didn't have all the details when we were booking. It said the rooms were pet friendly, but nothing about $15 charge. Hallway had a very strong fabreeze smell.

The check-in process was very smooth and I was assigned a quiet, cozy room just as I had requested. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back!

I asked for a room with a full kitchen when I arrived no dishes no utensils nothing and was told we don’t supply them because people steal them so I had to eat out every night Not impressed will go back to towneplace suites

The hall ways was kinda stinky and looked dirty . I did not like being in a closed room for breakfast. The staff was awesome and very helpful so that made my stay awesome . The property just needs to reflect the staff.

When I check in the hotel late at night, staff found my non-smoking room already occupied by someone else. Staff had to call the manager on the phone to find a solution. They also encounter problems keying in my info into the computer after they've decided to put me in a kitchenet unit. They resorted to paper and pencil to check me in. Not a problem and I understand it was not the fault of the staff. The whole process took almost half an hour, of course that really cut into my sleeping time. Found a parking space at the end of the building that also close to my room, but the door was locked because of strong wind, I had to carry my heavy luggage walking long distance and climbing stairs to get to my room. Hotel is okay but do have many areas that need improvements especially the air conditioning unit. It sounded like an 18 wheeler running with the air horn in full blast.

For about $150, this place shouldn’t be more than $95. Ugly paint, old stuff, etc. what I will say is the mattress was great. True story. And the front desk gal… great! Hot tub was good too….BUT, you can take ANY CEO or President on a walk through, and if they honestly believe it’s NOT outdated, then THEY are outdated also. I won’t be back. Just seemed trashy.

Cheap for a reason. After a 6 hr drive had to switch rooms immediately after checking in and finding bedbugs and stained bedding and pillowcases only to find that the room I was switched to also had stained bedding and pillowcases amongst other things. No compensation or discount even offered when truthfully it should’ve been free. Slept fully clothed on top of the bedding. Spend the extra cash and get something nicer. I travel through Washington often for work and NEVER will I stay again.
