My first room reeked of pet urine. When I told front desk they quickly got me another room and upgraded me to a suite 👏👏 excellent service. Sadly the second room (suite) wasn’t much better. Carpeting was frayed near kitchenette and room also has a nasty smell. I had some Lysol which masked it some

Had problems with key cards immediately one never worked. The furniture was dusty, the curtains were ripped inside of shower around edges were dirty. The unit to charge phone was nasty. Took a Clorox wipe and cleaned it and the wipe was dirty. There is so much potential for a beautiful hotel needs TLC.

We were in town for our friend’s 80th birthday celebration. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but I slept very well. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

The property is old and dingy. Wallpaper peeling, carpet dirty, chairs stained curtains torn. The bed was hard and the pillows are small and thin. I wouldn’t stay there again. I was so disappointed because I had our entire team book there.

Got in at 9 pm to my first room. Tried to turn on tv and it said no signal. Called down stairs and the lady tried to trouble shoot the tv for a few minutes. Didn’t work. She then moved me to a second room directly above it that actually looked like it had been emptier for longer. Tried to turn TV on and had the same problem. By this time it was 10:15 and I just showered and went to bed. Extremely disappointed since I could have booked through Hampton and got my money returned but since I booked through Expedia they told me to go through them. The process is not worth the money Rt or the time.

Fantastic location, nice front desk. Great bed, loved the jetted tub and decent breakfast and happy hour. Room needed a couple things done (tear in one of the curtains but not a big deal, tub surround a little messy but not dirty) but otherwise perfect. Easy and quick check in and out.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Main lobby was dynamic.

The indoor pool was unheated. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Otherwise, it was a fair stay. Plenty of parking.

Very poor quality. Dirty rug, used soap in shower, peeling wall paper, stained furniture, terrible pillows, and although there's no way to show it....the room smelled of sewage. I do not understand how this location has received other high reviews, but I do not believe this location lived up to the standards of a Hilton brand.

Everything was great except the noise. If you’re going to relax for some peace and quiet this is not the place to go. We did not get any rest. All evening, night, and morning all you hear is traffic. You can even hear the people in the hallway and next door. I will never stay here again. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the traffic and what the people outside are saying. All the doors look like somebody tried to break in the room. I was praying for a great experience but this was by far the worse.

Staff were excellent; the hotel's condition was in poor shape. It looked battered and old and in need of updating. The bedding and towels were quite nice, however. It wasn't terrible, just didn't compete with the Hampton Inn we stayed in at Augusta, GA.

Evelise Ross made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. She pointed out the elevators, let me know when breakfast was, and let me know when a family hour was taking place with free alcoholic drinks and refreshments. The property needs some attention. The furniture is old and faded, and the carpet is stained and frayed. Ms Ross informed me that everything is being updated from 12/1/23 to 8/31/24. If this happens, this hotel will be at the low end of LUXURY!

No cleaning unless requested. If services are taken away, why does the price not go down. All staff was very friendly. Carpet in our room needed cleaning and was worn by the kitchen area.

After a long drive, this was a welcome hot shower and nice comfy bed. The front desk staff were wonderful, even though they apologized for taking a bit longer due to new computer system. I didn't see any problem with the time frame. Just wish the breakfast was a bit better. Eggs seemed watery, no bacon (just sausage), no gravy for the biscuits; settled for waffles - which were good. Just need peanut butter for my husbands pancakes! lol Will probably stay at Hamptons in the future

Carpet is really dirty with lots of stains. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was smacked in the face with an extremely strong smell of urine. Sprayed large stain with disinfectant spray trying to get rid of the smell & towel mopped the bathroom floor. Never could get rid of the strong smell. Not sure how this place had the ratings it had. Very disappointed in this Hampton.

Upon arrival, we found a cricket on our pillow. The front desk staff said they knew they had a cricket problem. The staff didn’t bother with changing rooms or linen or even catching the cricket. The carpet was coming up at the bathroom door. The curtain would not close, therefore street light shines in all night. There was a cricket joining us at breakfast. Breakfast was limited. Waffles, omelets with peppers, hard French toast, and a very few pastries. I would not stay here again. It isn't like any other Hampton Inns I have stayed at in the past.

We were welcome with a smile. The staff was very friendly! We were there on opening weekend of college football and down in the lobby they were have a watch party! It looked like everyone brought snacks and they were having a great time. You just dont see that much and it felt very welcoming!

I'm not happy about giving negative reviews. I must have stayed In the "bad room". Stains on carpet, damaged furniture, bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Positives: the lobby looked nice, and the bed had a decent mattress. Not the "8.8" rating I was expecting.

When we checked in the commode in our bathroom didn’t flush. The carpets were stained and dirty. We were moved to another room where the sheets were dirty, as was the carpet. We were upgraded to a suite. We stayed the night in the suite, where the carpets were also dirty. There was a tear in the fabric of the bottom sheet and the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay in place at the corners so we slept part of the night on bare mattress. The staff was helpful though and said they were having a major overhaul in a few months. Check to make sure the remodel is done before staying there.

3-4 large nasty areas on carpet in our room. Got ready to go to bed. Pulled back the comforter spread and it had a large brown spot/stain on it. Moved to the other bed. Plenty of hot water but spots around the tub look like black mold. Feels like Motel 6. 😞

Check-in was spot on! Seeing my height and the handicapped accessible room having lower counter tops, my room was changed. Super friendly and helpful! Room was comfy and clean and there were plenty of towels!

Hotel is old. Room was outdated, old fixtures, not very clean, bugs and spiders found under the bed and in bathroom. Will not be staying here again.
