Good Hotel. Good location but in need of renovation to make it exceptional.

The Hotel is impressive. Nice Large entrance lobby and breakfast area. Free snacks and drinks on arrival up to 7pm. Excellent location for exploring the civil war battlefield. Downtown is only a short car drive away and easy access to interstate. Room was fine. Swimming Pool good. Breakfast also good.

Although the hotel is good it is feeling a bit tired and in need of renovation. We had to turn the air conditioning off due to it being too noisy and having it gurgle a lot when stopping. This was OK for April but it would have been very annoying in the summer.

It was sufficient for a night but I was not happy with cleanliness.

The lobby is nice. The room was showing its age. Shower door full of mold. Bathroom floor was sticky. Carpet stained and room smelled like dog urine.

Nice place to stay, will stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Back parking lot was a good size and well lit for safety. Common areas were clean and comfortable.

We had a short stay, yet this hotel ensured that it was a good and comfortable one.

We would have liked to see plain oatmeal as an option for breakfast; especially for those who have dietary restrictions and have to minimize sugar intake. We were thankful for the fruit options available. The linens in our room were clean and we enjoyed having a mini fridge and microwave in our room.

Our bathroom floor was not swept/mopped well as we found hairs from whomever stayed in the room prior to us. The lobby and elevator smelled so nice, yet the hallway and room had an old carpet smell.

Liz, from staff, was really committed to help me solve any situation. She went out of her way to try to fix the poor internet at the hotel.

Wonderful stay next to the Vicksburg National Military Park. Great Breakfast and fitness room

Located next to Military Park Clean rooms Pool was well heated and had a spa Breakfast was great Managers Happy Hour

Awesome, super clean, beautiful, delicious food, super nice staff, restful, convenient to many locations.

Even though they didn’t receive our Booking.com reservation, they were very helpful making sure we weren’t double charged and booked us into a beautiful room. The staff members were amazing! We were greeted with graciousness from everyone we encountered. The breakfast was above our expectations. This hotel is beautiful and super clean. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second night. We are already planning to go back. My husband says we will stay much longer next time, perhaps a week.

I did not sleep for fear of bed bugs.

A free glass of wine.

Terribly run-down. Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Shower looked dirty. Had to get the TV fixed.

Was a beautiful facility with large rooms. A nice place to stay.

The rooms were very spacious. The lobby area was very beautiful. Parking was free and plentiful.

The top sheet and blanket were too small to properly fit the kingsize bed we had. It made sleeping very uncomfortable.
