The hotel was fine but my complaint is with us staying in room 353 which is right by the elevator. The elevator doors are really loud so we could hear everyone getting on and off at an early hour.

Rented a suite for 6 people. Clean, comfortable room on the 4th floor. Everything was great and my kids really enjoyed staying here

We stayed in a double queen suite. The room was large, clean and comfy. I loved how pet friendly this hotel was!! The hotel is conveniently located right by all the family fun stuff, but the traffic sounds were sort of loud. Overall, we had a great stay in Glenwood Springs.

front desk was not around eating on the side told me to hold on and could see them still eating waited until they finished. They were short borderline rude. room was musty smell and loud able to hear next room over having a party until past mid night.

Breakfast was fabulous. TV was really nice - not that we were there to watch TV but it was a nice feature. Very conveniently located. This is our new go to spot for the price!

A place close to many conveniences such as the Glenwood Hot Springs, a gas station, many restaurants, and shopping stores. The condition of the overall hotel is more like a sub-standard motel 6. It may have been converted in a Quinta Inn after it was occupied by another brand. It's definitely not new and even smells old. But the rooms are OK. The breakfast is better than most with more selection and a large eating area. I asked about a place to fill up my water bottle but the employee said there wasn't any place like that in a hotel but I could buy bottles water at the front desk. No thanks. Also the gas station across the street is convenient to get snacks.

We like their full breakfast, but after 4 nights it was annoying to eat the same food. Coffee is bad, water with coffee flavor. On reception there is tea station with honey which is very good to have in the morning before you go ski. Overall good, location, service, price and easy parking. Feels like renovations coming in near future compare to previous years, so don't miss it guys;)

Kids were running up and down the hall and yelling until nearly midnight and woke us up twice. I had to tell them three times to be quiet.

Everything was wonderful but they really need a dog area since this is a pet friendly hotel. There should be a fenced area. There was dog poop everywhere you walked around the property. And tgey should keep there customers accountable for cleaning after there dogs. I pucked up after my 2 dogs.

People running in the hallways late at night. The smell of marijuana the entire time in our room. Sketchy people in the parking lot at night; look like homeless people. The hotel needs updated desperately. Will never stay at this hotel again. The staff was very pleasant, however.

The location is great! Easy walk to Glenwood Hot Springs and 5 minutes The Caverns and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The walls in the hotel room are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors.

Beautifully remodeled and two steps up from most La Quintas. Front desk staff Naomi and Nefertiti are tremendous assets.

Friendly staff, room neat and updated. Had a pup with us and were placed on first floor, near exit for our convenience. Some grout issues in shower, very slick when first getting in. As a pet-friendly property, we expect a certain amount of odor, stains, etc, but only the entry from the parking lot had a smell. As soon as we got into the hallway to our room, there was no odor at all. There were other dogs we could hear from inside our room, leading to our dog barking due to their noises/smells. We ended up using the box of our dog’s crate as a gate to keep him away from the door, which helped a lot.
