A lovely experience! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean, comfortable room, convenient to Truist Park—approximately 10 min. Walk! Note: in case you get saddled with an all electric rental car like I did, there are two hotels directly across the street with free charging stations! Sadly, I did not discover this until the morning of my departure. 😆

I had a wondrous stay. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast daily was great as well. Convenient location and the staff was super helpful and kind.

I was charged double the amount during the search. The room was not clean dirty bathroom and carpets and uninviting the smell. The house keeper was rude when I requested service and waved me off when she knocked on door I was only on day 2 of 12 day stay. No alarm clock radio as stated or requested. I was told to use my phone.

Overall a nice stay on a family vacation. Breakfast was good and pool was good size with a jacuzzi. Took down one star due to carpet condition. Room smelled like dirty feet and it looked like they were spreading scented powder on the hallway floors. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was great! Breakfast was excellent - I really like eating breakfast on real plates with actual silverware instead of paper and plastic. Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt and much more! Yum. Room was fine with three issues, 1) one light switch was broken so the lights and receptacles on one side of the room didn't work, 2) the toilet was loose on the floor and needs to be tightened up before it starts leaking and 3) the shower head was loose and wouldn't tighten up and sprayed water all over the ceiling - and the shower head was a "water saving" type which barely put out enough water to rinse off - please get rid of these shower heads! Housekeeping lady was professional and very nice, so was the maintenance man, but I think the rooms should be checked better before putting guests in them.

We booked this property because we wanted a place with an indoor pool & hot tub. We loved having that in the winter! The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I didn’t love that the window wasn’t tinted and was on the first floor so if we wanted to let in natural light, people could see right in. The heat in our room was a little frustrating as it was set on “auto” but did not turn off on its own. Despite being set at 62 the room got very hot. The area has lots of stores and restaurants near by. The place itself was quiet and had free breakfast. Overall I would recommend!

The staff as super pleasant, specially the kitchen staff that set up the breakfast. Only downsize was the parking lot was not well maintained for cleanliness, and also the windows were so thin, we could hear every vehicle that went down the road. Overall the stay was awesome!!

Nice clean comfortable place to stay. I left my iPad. The housekeeper found it and turned it in. When I called, they confirmed my info and sent it to me. Honest people, comfortable bed and room, great place to stay for a reasonable price! Thank yall!

Room was clean but only had 2 towels when we booked for 4 people. The key cards were the biggest frustration. We had to hold it over the outside entry door approx. 4x to get it to work and it wouldn't work at all for the pool area. I went to the front desk to let them know the card wasn't working. They scanned it and said it was active and they didn't know what to tell me. I had to request someone to let us into the pool. Lazy front desk worker. Breakfast was pretty good other than the eggs.

Overall was a great stay the staff was amazing, sadly the bathroom looked like had problems before and it was noticeable, unfinished wall and broken tiles. The room was clean the only issue was the A/C that has some noise. The breakfast was good but the waffle mix batter run out very quickly and was waiting for about 30 min to ask a server if they gonna put more, just see one lady came out from the back and she start to pickup the area when ask her for, she only focused on answering that breakfast was over, I explained that I was waiting for someone to know if they would add more mixture and she didn't even let me finish and interrupted me to tell me that breakfast was over, it was 7 min before the breakfast time finish not a big deal but think it was rude, some kind is needed in the customer service in this area. Thank You

Christmas week might have been slower than usual but it was quiet and no road noise. Breakfast quality good, cooked food and oatmeal as well as juice, waffle maker and 5 cereals with milk/yogurt. Indoor pool/whirlpool was also not busy.

The good and the bad. This hotel with indoor heated pool might be perfect for pet owners and children. However, for those without, the carpet in the hotel rooms is quite filthy and has offensive tobacco smoke odors. Air quality in the hotel is poor and unfortunately windows in guest rooms can’t be opened for fresh air. The air quality is most unhealthy in this hotel’s modest fitness center despite the presence of a large air cleaner and clean towels. Nothing can relieve the mildew and mold stench, hardly a place to workout! The best virtue of this hotel is its quiet surrounds which can facilitate a good nights sleep.

Family of 5. Just came for the night but we really loved it. Room was wao, very spacious, beds comfy. Bathroom big. Loved that its a non smoking, so no bad smell in hallway or room. Room smelled nice and very clean. I will definitley recommend it.

Room spelt like baby powder and lotion. I documented this with hotel stay. The smell is probably from previous guest. We were already in room and needed rest so we didnt feel lIke changing rooms. 2nd day smell wasnt as bad v

Room was Good ,Bathroom Shower curtain need to be updated, because the water from the shower has damage your bathroom door ,also commode handle need adjustment, overall room was good,Staff Excellent, Breakfast Staff on point,have at your hotels for years, looking forward to my return trip and upgrade you have made. Property was good location. Hotel clean rooms clean. Love the hot tub and swimming pool. Staff is great. Breakfast was hot and so good. They had grits. That blew me away. Everyone was so nice. The only thing I would like for them to have some turkey products for breakfast. Will be back. Thanks again
