This place totally needs to be renovated for the price you charge to stay. Way over priced for the quality of this place.

Raddisson Duluth needs a complete overhaul remodel. Very run down and not worth $300 a night when you can stay at nicer newer places for less like Fairfield etc. our bathroom was a dive. Unclean floors and previous guests hair on floor and very dusty behind the bathroom floor, musty odor. Black mold on cocking in shower between tiles and very old tiles. Bathtub very old with lots of chipped areas. Very old faucets and shower head. Very old original doors and handles also must be over 40 yrs old. No paper or pen to write with. High humidity in room. No bathroom fan. Terrible parking ramp with crumbling pavement and large pot holes and very poor lighting after dark. Elevators very noisy and sound unsafe and also not clean and very warn and run down. The hotel in its condition does not live up to its name. We will never be coming back. Clearly needs new upper management or owner. Extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel, only thing to make it better would be a larger tv

Stayed here for business. Rooms were clean --bedding and towels fresh and nice. No complaints and a good breakfast with amazing views of the city and lake.
3.0
The hotel is comfortable and the hotel bar was quaint, but the hotel in general is very run down and in need of updates.
5.0
Very good check in staff, just nitpicking the elevator situation which was backed up with the check in rush. I’d give an overall 7.4 score.

Found several hairs on the bedding coming in to a new room. Felt very uncomfortable knowing they were not from us. The room was smaller than expected for the price of the room and not sound proofed like most hotels. One of the neighboring rooms housed dogs that continually barked throughout the night and morning. No fault of the hotel, but it was hard to sleep.

There was bugs crawling on me. The front desk told me to stop complaining. I checked out immediately. They offered no compensation and I had to fund another hotel last minute for the rest of my vacation which ended up costing three times the normal rate because it was last minute. Horibble experience. I will never stay with at the Radisson again.

You get what you pay for. It’s decent but old. Elevators are extremely slow and the buttons are worn out so you don’t even know if it’s working, shakes upon stopping. Stayed in a King for one night. Small bathroom with door that wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it but everything worked great, very loud plumbing system though. Tv is fine. Heater will blow all air directly into the window if you don’t move the curtains so your room will be freezing. Bedding is decent, enjoyed the pillows, not very soft though. Microwave & mini fridge worked good. Has a skywalk underground tunnel taking you to Maurice’s to connect to the rest of the upper skywalk which is nice. Front desk is great, little slow but not bad, except they didn’t explain about the incidentals hold prior to charging my card so that was worrisome. The walls are paper thin so it’s very noisy & you will hear everyone and everything in the morning. Otherwise definitely a good cheap spot for a one night stay.

This hotel brings one back to the 1970s. The decor, carpet, and wallpaper looks dated. Our room was comfortable but the the corner of the wall by the window was literally deteriorating and paint chips were all over the carpet. We could go up in the elevator to the floors but on our floor there was a sign saying the elevators were out of order and we had to use the service elevator to go down. The rotating restaurant on site is also dated. I had spaghetti and meatballs and the meatballs were hard and did not look fresh. Some in our party had 1/4 pound smashburgers which were paper thin and way smaller than the bun with an average taste.

If you move the left side of the curtains in room 1411, the wall is deteriorating and pieces are on the carpet. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Very run down. Small rooms with cracks and holes. Had to pay a damage deposit up front, but the room was in disrepair. Beds and pillows were comfortable but the room needed tlc. Surfaces and back of the office chair were smeared and unclean. Pool was dirty, remote didn’t work, towels were scratchy… kept getting approached by the homeless population in the parking lot… it is nice that you have access to the arena from the skywalk and the location is convenient.

The hotel looks like it was built in the '80s, but the rooms have been updated since then. The bathroom was a little cramped on the double queen room, but the beds were comfortable. The pool has some kind of liner issue and the hot tub blasts you in the face from the jets, but some people kind of like that... The restaurant was great for dinner and very affordable. The breakfast left room for improvement. For the price I thought it was overall a pretty good deal.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very busy due to youth hockey in the area, but the staff did very well and taking care of everything from check in to refilling items like coffee, Kleenex, etc. when needed.

Beautiful site from 15th floor.

We liked the view at the restaurant 360°, server and staffs are very nice.

We utilized the pool area, the workout room, and the food at the 360 restaurant was great. A positive experienced and we enjoyed our stay.

Management was great filling accomadations with friends and family. I would go again!

Not a bad place to stay. The decor seems outdated and the cleanness of the room is a little bit on the dingy side. I also found it annoying that half of the TV stations had reception issues. The bed sheets were clean, but the beds were on the stiff side, overall I would give the place about a four-star rating

The furniture in the lobby was worn. Getting on the elevator i had someone ask mebfor spare change

Went thru 3 rooms to get a room that wasn’t wet with fans running in them. Front desk was unaware that sections on 12th and 14th floor had some water damage and we being left open and not to be used. Up and down in the elevator back and forth to front desk. We had 2 rooms and both of us were up and down trying to square away the room situation! Room is outdated and desk chair ripped and torn. Not what I expect at a Radisson property!

It was very comfortable and friendly.
6.0
Property was kind of raggedy and room had hair from the last guest in it. Additionally, to be a king size premium Rome a condition was fairly poor. Won’t be staying there again.

The perfect place to getaway for Bentleyville and staying this side of the harbor. We are in love with this place. The 360 Harbor bar and restaurant is beautiful, atmospheric and has great food and staff. Best view of Superior. The staff was incredible. We loved it. Will be back.

We had a comfortable stay. Room could’ve definitely used some renovation. Was pretty much clean, but when i removed the sheet afterwards the mattress pad was stained quite a bit. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

This property is in need of major updates. Even our toilet seat needing replacing.

At first we were given the incorrect room number but the houseman made every effort to make things right

Loved everything.

Parking is terrible- we had to park at the bowling alley across the street and risk getting towed. The staff was not all that friendly- may have had something to do with the youth hockey team staying there and them being out of control. Also you will wait 20 min or so to get on an elevator that makes lots of noise and hops and bounces at every single stop. There is no restroom anywhere near the pool area so if you have to use the restroom while swimming, you’ll have to go up to your room and hope you don’t pee your pants waiting for an elevator. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep, it’s alright for that but not a place I would recommend.

Nice view, attentive staff but no complimentary breakfast only the restaurant that doesn't deliver. Parking is difficult especially with a truck. There really isn't anything they could do to improve this short of building a new hotel in a different spot which is really too expensive.

Great place to stay. Rooms were great, staff was very friendly. The bar on top was great to see the bentlybille lit up. We definatly will be back.

The property is a bit older, but clean. The elevator was a bit of a challenge as the hotel was very full.

Parking lot horrible pot holes. Not able to eat at the restaurant they were short staffed and it was at least a hour wait

After waiting along time for the elevator. When we got to the room. Other people where in our room. Had to wait to get another room. Was hard with a baby.
8.0
Loved our view and room. Biggest inconvenience was the slow elevators, but other than that, it was a great stay.
6.0
Bathroom door has a hole in it and the bathroom door handle is loose. The gal on duty when we checked in was not very friendly. We ate at the 360 and my friends burger had paper in it. Absolutely NO SIGNS where anything is!!

I was apprehensive to stay here based on some pretty terrible reviews, but we wanted walking distance to Bentleyville. I was greeted by a very friendly Jeni at the front desk. She was pleasant and efficient checking me in. Our room faced the harbor like I booked. Our room was also clean and updated. I have zero complaints about our room.
The cons: parking ramp needed more spaces and elevators were beyond slow (we were on the 14th floor). Pool/hot tub are mediocre.
4.0
People were sleeping in the entry way. Heater/ac in room is filthy and at ground level so not sure why it looks like it’s never been cleaned. Bathroom in room is disgusting, the grout in the tub area is filthy. The bathroom has a overall terrible smell and the toilet is in the most awful place the door clears it by less than half an inch. The carpet in the room is so grimey and worn out you can see the difference around the whole outskirts of the room which really makes you wonder how filthy the area that’s brown and worn is. The pool area is also in need of a renovation/remodel. The hot tub is one out dated and two dirty. The elevated area the hot tub is on is all cracking and falling apart, the tub itself is dirty. The whole pool area is in desperate need of a renovation.
4.0
This hotel needs upgrades. Carpet was old, first room the heat didn’t work so we had to be moved. Pool area needed repairs, during adult hours was full of teens. Location is good and staff was very nice. This place needs a major makeover!
