Comfortable room. Cable was terrible. Hot tub was not clean.

The beds and the room were good.
The jets in the hot tub do not work. They may be doing construction but i didnt see signs of it. All the baseboards in the halls were missing.

The beds were about the only 'nice' thing about the room. The shower/tile had more mildewy/soap scum type stuff than my own bathroom and all I do is spray my shower with bleach once a month or so. The pool was old, had damage. The hot tub bubbles and what not did not work. I was between this hotel or Super 8 and chose this one thinking it would be better and I'm now questioning that decision. Next time, we will try the Super 8 to compare but there are other hotels in the area as well, with a pool that we can try.

Hotel was not in the greatest condition. Roughly a foot at the bottom of some walls was exposed to the framing. Pool was very cold and hot tub jets did not work. Hallways are narrow and dimly lit. Room was decent but bathroom was not super clean or nice. We travel to the Soo area at least once a year and we will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

steve at check-in was as good as you could ask for. He was very friendly, helpful and provided the service everyone would want to experience . He went above and beyond in my opinion and made my stay with them a great experience.

Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but the young lady at the desk when I checked in was the sweetest and most polite person I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. And holy cow she was fast! The second night of my stay, I called the front desk for washcloths and toilet paper. I was on the 2nd floor but she must have a secret portal or something because it seemed like she was at the door as soon as I hung up the phone!
The only negative thing I want to mention is the parking lot. Holy crater potholes! Especially the ginormous canyon right at the parking lot entrance. But....it's Michigan and road canyons are everywhere! I'll definitely be staying at this particular hotel again, and hopefully soon. š

Friendly staff. Hotel is older but clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. Only negative was jets in the hot tub didnāt work.

We have stayed here a couple of times over the years. It is old and a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the experience was good. Would stay again

The is a great hotel. Loved the convenience of having Applebee's right next store for dinner and drinks. Very comfy beds and overall, a great room for the value. We will stay here again next time we are in town!!!

Don't ever stay here! While we were gone for the day, housekeeping went thru all our belongings. Stole items from us. When we complained all we got was " the manager is gone she'll call you. 1 week later after calling the hotel every day, I still haven't talked with a manager!

Place was older and used-bkfast staff was busy on her phone when things needed restocked and when finally noticed responded with that is all there is. Bkfast was minimal. Bathroom tiny

Floor above me creak every time somebody walked in the room up there, and it was not quiet was a very loud creak. And I could hear the woman next-door coughing. This is not a well soundproofed hotel.

The breakfast was almost the same each day. They do have a hot breakfast. The most difficult for me, I am a short lady and the beds are extra high. Even with a stool provided by the hotel, it was awkward to get into bed.

Hotel wasn't to bad it is in the middle of a renovation that looks like its on going . Exposed wires hanging a few places . Felt kinda iffy . Front desk came to my room at like 11pm asking who booke dmy room and what my name was when SHE was the 1 who we checked in with when we arrived .

Everything was great. Fair price good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and good location. Didn't go to the pool or yard area.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable but still a 5 star experience.

The building needs significant repairs and a thorough cleaning. Our room lacked hot water for most of our two night stay and the electrical outlets were overloaded, causing the fridge to lose power in the first night and all our food for the next two days had to be thrown in the trash. The hotel staff kept offering to move us to a room with fewer beds (which didnāt accommodate our family) but didnāt offer any other compensation.

Biggest issue we had was no shower curtain, little soap and toilet paper. Also asked for extra towels since I had to use a few extra to wipe the floor due to no shower curtain.
I told the front desk we were in need of all those and he made a note of it only to get back to our room with nothing taken care of.

Big safety hazard! Our room lock did not lock properly you could push the door open without the key card while the door was supposedly closed shut and automatically locked.

Great staff, the building itself could be upgraded. To get to the elevator you had to go to the other side of the building not very easy accessible

My room was not cleaned and the common areas were very dirty. When we arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed and it remained closed for our entire stay. I would not stay here again.

I reserved a suite and got a regular room. Nothing was done to compensate me for that.

This was an older property, but our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Near an Applebeeās which was a good, walkable dinner option.

The property is a little older, but seemed pretty clean. My kids were bummed that the pool was under repair. Aside from that inconvenience, our stay was fine. The area has some shopping and restaurants immediately nearby.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool, and one of the only ones left in the area that had availability with a pool. I booked Tuesday and called Thursday. None of either days, did they say anything about the pool being closed. I understand that things happen, just a heads up would have been nice.

Facility is older and very poorly maintained. Outside entry doors were out of order. Only one elevator in the entire facility, located in the rear of the building. Highly inconvenient for guest.

The exercise equipment was broke down the pool and the whirlpool were nasty. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good.

Overall our stay was fine. The hotel could use some room updates. The poor gal doing breakfast could have used some help! It was a weekend and super busy she struggled to keep up but was still very pleasant! Beds were comfortable and soft.

The hotel was under some remodeling repairs. Our room was satisfactory but not great. The sink leaked and we had to call the front desk to get it fixed.

Beds were a little hard, pool condition was a little rough. But overall the kids had fun and the breakfast was excellent.

This was an okay property, not a five-star but certainly not a three-star by any means. If you're just spending a night or two it's good, but if you're looking at a longer stay it's not very convenient as refrigerator is extremely small no freezer, so you dependent on ice to keep your cooler cooled for your foods, for your trip. It certainly is not a game changer but just for future reference anyone reading this one or two nights is good if you're a family I'm not quite sure how that would work.

I paid over $400 for two nights at this hotel. This hotel is not worth $200 a night maybe $95 at best. However it wasn't terrible. The staff was nice. The room was clean except it was a bit Dusty other than the dustiness it was clean. The beds are comfortable. It is a bit outdated but they do try to keep the rooms up to date. I would probably only stay here if it was the last resort as it was a last resort for me during this stay.
