Terrible. Had a hockey tournament staying there. Free range child parenting in full force. Kids running up and down hallways screaming and slamming fire doors all night.front desk eventually stopped them at 11pm after doubting me when they “glanced” at their monitors . Now kids were confined to rooms cramping the vibe of party central ….so the parents move party to hallway. Drunken incoherent bellowing and shouting as the bush party really took fire. It got so noisy some of the zoo animals moved into the stairwells “ cause main party was so loud they couldn’t hear their own shouting”. 😖
Really?? Where’s front desk?
Called front desk at 1:30, they told front desk to pound sand.2:00 cops came. Bye bye.
Couldn’t get refund on checkout although morning shift did acknowledge the zoo last night.
Had to speak to weekday manager to get refund. 3 hours sleep and had a 5 hour drive ahead of me.
I’m a 25 year at 3 times a year customer going to that hotel and all I got was a one night refund.
Feel sorry for the lady across from us as the zoolanders shouted her down when she asked them to move away from end of the hall. She retreated to her room ☹️.
Recommend staying at that new hotel that just finished major Reno up the street.
Let the tournaments book this location up.

Such a comfortable stay which is exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast is pretty decent too. We stayed with our pets in a pet friendly room and my only concern with cleanliness was the sliding outside doors. There must have been a dog before us because there were marks from a nose. Not a big deal to us. Will definitely continue to stay here when we need a place with our pigs.

Overall a comfortable stay, the breakfast was really good too! The bathroom sink could’ve been cleaned better under the edges and around the drain it had some soap scum build up. The weather was very snowy while we were there but they were prompt to plow the parking lot so we could easily drive in and out. My mother and I traveled 600 miles from the states for a funeral and they gave us a bereavement rate which was really nice. The hotel was very quiet and we were able to get good rest, which was much needed after driving 13 hours to get there. I would stay here again

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.

Very nice. Recently updated. Good work on bathroom Reno. Included breakfast seems to be improved over the many decades of us using this place. Environmental control accurate, heating unit super quiet.
Only issue was with the desk lamp that throws light in all downward directions making reading hard where light travels horizontal into one’s eyes. But who “writes “ anymore. Quiet plumbing not many electrical outlets

I stayed while travelling for work. The breakfast was definitely a reason to come back here. I can definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling for work purposes

The desk was unattended when I arrived and I had a short wait of 5 minutes to check in. There was never any hand soap in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was fine.

Well there were house flies on the ceiling & dead on the floor in the bathroom. Flies were not on the ceiling in the morning??? I took pics to prove I was’t seeing things.

Our first night was spent listening to hockey players running up and down the halls until the wee hours. We should not have been in a room in the middle of teams like this.

Front staff was not accommodating when we checked in. My 97 old father wasn’t able to leave the car to pay which he insisted on. We were finally able to pay with curt response

First we got there and we did not have a reservation even if we received a confirmation. They told us that they did not have any room left with two beds then they gave us a room that STINK and the air conditioning was so loud that it kept us up all night. We will never back.

The hotel is nicely renovated, they don’t have an elevator which it’s not great if you are travelling with a lot of things. The front desk lasy wasn’t very accommodating, I asked for an 12 pm check out on a Sunday and she stated they reached out their late check out capacity although they didn’t seem to be near close to sold out that night. The front door/lobby needs to be open by the front desk agent, which it’s not convenient. Almost feels like you got to check with the front desk evey time you want to leave the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice for a short stay

Unfortunately there was a fire alarm that left us waiting in the parking lot almost 2 hours. While I know it was safety issue I had hoped some compensation would have been offered.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable although the bathtub didn’t not have a grippy floor and was very slippery. My only complaint was that the room doors are not sound proof at all and as we were by the interior door on the 2nd floor we heard the loud click of the door closing a million times.

The room was quiet. The room was not very clean. There was dirt on the floor and the bathtub was not properly clean. They never swept behind the floor. The mirrors were filthy and the TV screen also alarm clock radio. The bathroom door was dirty. Somebody had picked their nose and wiped it on the back of the door. The light switch in the bathroom had blood on it and it was also very dirty. the service at the front desk was extremely slow but there was just one gentleman working there. He did his work properly. I don’t feel it was his fault, because there were a lot of people checking in, and he was alone.

No elevator was very inconvenient especially with children. no public washroom on main level. construction (while not a fault of the hotel) noise began very early in the morning.

Average place to stay. Unfortunately, due to construction, we were woken to the sound of drilling early Friday morning. Other than this, the stay was fine. Good breakfast variety.

Only problem we had was the noise on the first night. Wasn’t the properties fault is was more of inconsiderate people talking in the hall and outside locking and unlocking their vehicles so the horn blew every time. Here’s a novel idea people when you get out push the button on the door and it locks without the horn. But then everyone in the world doesn’t know you have a key fob.

Staff we helpful when assisting my needs. Breakfast was enjoyable and nice it changed daily.
Only thing I would suggest is, that in the showers they might consider a safety bar.

we were 3 people there so i asked several times blanket and bed linens for my son that slept in the furniture but unfortunately those staff didn’t give any think that’s why my son had slept without blankets all the night their staff didn’t care about my request
moreover there was no one to take our suitcase to upstairs it was because there wasn’t elevator we had to take it bye ourselves so they didn’t good services

Having stayed here last during while renovation and upgrading taking place, I saw a big difference, bringing the accommodation more up to date.
