The mattress was really broken down. Need a place to sleep due to a long drive and inclement weather at home. It provided a place to sleep and take a shower, so it was fine in that respect. The bed was pretty bad. seemed to lean to one side, or the mattress was more broken down on that side, felt like I was about to roll out of the bed the whole night, like a camper parked on a hill.. The sheets were kind of rough. The night desk guy was nice enough. You can't expect much for $60 though.

I recommend investing in some new mattresses. The king in my room felt very worn out, just kneeling on my knees, and they went straight to the box springs. The in-wall heater could of been better. Ran it on high heat all night and barely warmed our room up overnight.

Katie at the front desk was an absolute angel! She would be the reason I would come back. She treated my family like royalty in a really tough situation and I cannot be more grateful!

We liked the place, but the cleaning employees did not clean our room for 4 days, we told the administration but they did nothing until the last day when I spoke directly with the cleaning person. That discouraged us a lot, the other experiences had been different and very good.

Outside of property not well lit. Checked in late a night and she put me in a room very far from lobby. So close to highway that noise was so bad all night. Doors so thin, it was so loud outside my door. Not a good experience. Didn’t feel safe

Just stayed for one night with my dog - while some things appeared to be older (lamp, for example), I was pleasantly surprised with our room - definitely more than adequate & quiet

Our room was gross. We had to bring in our own blankets old soaps were left in the shower and all over the sink. Just disgusting. We were so tired from being in the car 16 hours or would have left. Would never go again. Should be refunded for how dirty it was alone

It's tricky to recommend for more than sleeping & showering. The room smelled recently cleaned which is fine; that airs out and it did. Bed was good. Floor was hilariously sticky both nights and bathtub drained water extra-slow. I guess from a point of view that might save water because the clogged drain made me want to be in & out of there asap.

We liked the convenience of parking next to our door. We liked the comfortable bed. We were disappointed at no make-up service. There was no carpeting. No Kleenex. No laundry facilities. No small refrigerator in the room. Also the inside of the door had been damaged, possibly by a dog, and looked like it had not been fixed, or even cleaned off. Sorry for the negative comments. But it's how we saw it.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were spiderwebs and dust in the corners and behind the bathroom door. The toilet was also broken. We had to manually pull up the chain in the tank.

The room was fine other than the overall cleanliness level. The rest room/bathroom was not well kept. The floor was dirty along with the toilet that wasn’t functioning properly. With a good cleaning everything would have been great.

I am not in the habit of leaving negative reviews as I know they can affect a business. In this case, I was extremely disappointed. We arrived and received the keys to the room and discovered it had a distinct musty odor. Then I noticed the dressing area light was not working. I proceeded into the bathroom and saw hair in the bottom of the tub and dirt in the corners of the room. I went to the front desk to request a cleaner or service person only to be told that there was no one else on site. I asked for a change of room (there was only a few cars in the parking area) and was told that was not possible. I asked if I could upgrade my room if I paid extra and was told that was not possible because I had booked through Hotels.com. Totally ridiculous. I ended up handing over the keys and said that we would not be staying. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through Hotels.com. Sadly, the young man at the desk did not understand anything about customer service and made no attempt to resolve the problems. I will not be staying there again.

I was grateful they allowed my dog, but the floor was so filthy it turned our feed black and I didn't want my baby crawling all over it. I decided the buy a swiffer mop and take care of it myself because I was wary about having them "clean" it again!

Everything was great, although I am spoiled by having a hybrid mattress and therapeutic pillows at home. And next time I will be sure to book a room with fridge and microwave.
