The size of the room and what it came with.
The room looked like it could have been a little cleaner. And some stuff in the room was broken and missing

The room set up
Room service kicking me out and the front desk said I could leave 12pm

It is centrally located between our daughters homes. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 years. The beds were comfortable. The front desk gentleman was very kind. He wrote down all of the problems we were having.
We stay in a non smoking room. This time it was disappointing. The bathroom smelled like strong urine. There were cigarette burns all over the sink and tub. The toilet seat was horrible looking. Even the remote control for the television had no batteries in it.
