The first room we had to move from because the toilet wouldn’t flush because the chain was broken completely off. The next room leaked from the AC unit to the floor. The pull out bed was horrible. The hotel was noisy. The internet did not work at all. Parking was overly priced for this place. And forget the free breakfast… people were touching pieces of food and then not taking it. I will NEVER stay at this place again. Not worth the price at all!

Parking terrible, cars barely fit . Charge $23 for parking.

Always stay here, good friendly service, clean rooms and easy check in and check out.

Room needed major upgrades for example shower head was rusty and dirty but was also broken and leaking out on one side. Towel holder was also rusty and dirty, towel holder had fake eyelashes stuck to it. Not sure how long that has been sitting there. Bed and pillows were horrible to sleep in not comfortable. In general room was very spacious I’ll give it that.

Would’ve like the room to have more control of the A/C. The “living room “ being at the end of the unit is rather odd too. Beds could be a bit less firm also.
Every time we came back from Disneyland it reeked like marijuana when we would get off the elevator.

Check in was simple and easy! Great staff! Great room !

The room was smelly and was completely run down. There was a bottle of alcohol previously used from the last guest still in the mini fridge. And a bar of used soap still in the bathroom. Parking was terrible and even though we had to park elsewhere they still charged us the parking fee. Definitely would just pay a little extra next time for cleanliness and convenience.

Great location! Love being next to the Garden Walk and a short walk to Disneyland!

It was a nice room for a family. Just went to Disneyland and needed the room to sleep and shower, so it was sufficient for what we needed. Parking is not free, $20 plus tax a night. But overall, we would stay there again!

Women in front was giving hard time , check in shows 18+ min and im 20.. she was asking for someone 21+ bc they tend to have issues with younger people, had me waiting and called her manager to verify if ifs okay.. lol mind you i already paid the suite in full.

Staff was horrible I will never come here again.

The pillows were terribly flat and uncomfortable, the room wasn’t clean, they only provided shampoo and body wash, and their front desk service was unfriendly. They didn’t have extra pillows for the pull out bed. We called the front desk to get more, they agreed, and said we could come down to the front desk to get them - only to be told that they don’t have extras when we got there and was recommended to talk to the housekeeper, and they didn’t provide means to get in contact with them. When we mentioned that “the pillows are so flat” The front desk said “I know”. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone in the rooms around you. Due to the proximity to Disney, this hotel is full of children and families, so noise levels are generally high and no one around us abided by the “quiet hours”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to stay at - find a different place to stay.

The staff at check in was rude and had a, “I don’t care attitude”. She was disrespectful and made no attempt to resolve any of the following issues….
I called the Hotel before I booked to confirm the, “Apartment” had a sitting area separate from the bedroom, I was told it was. Upon arriving at the Hotel, I was put in a room with two beds. I tried to correct this with the front desk and I was informed, “This is what you booked and I cannot change it”. I offered to pay the difference to move to the room I selected, but did not receive, and I was told, “That is between you and Hotels.com (Expedia).” Then she would not apply my deposit to my credit card and stated I need to pay it in cash, and she noted, “We don’t have an ATM” and she handed me back my credit card and concluded, “Do you need a moment?”
At this point I was over it. I was about to leave and dispute the charge with my credit card.
My wife found a local ATM and paid the deposit in cash.
I asked for the Manager’s name and I was handed a a business card with a generic email address in it, but no name.
I explained that I am a Platinum Member with Hotels.com and last year I stayed over 150 nights in hotels around the world. I have never been treated this way by any hotel.
She has to realize this is a La Quinta and not the Hotel Del Coronado.
I reported this to Hotels.com and she was rude with them as well.
I DID NOT receive the value for what I paid
I‘ll be contacting Wyndham directly

So close to Disneyland. About 15 min walk. Can walk back during afternoon for rest and power through the evening when the crowds thin out. Breakfast options are hardboiled eggs yogurt bagels toast pancakes waffles muffins pastries cereal apples bananas oatmeal and a juice machine. Across the clementine street from Marriot hotel. Many walkable food options nearby.
Other poor reviews about safety and cleaniness gave me pause but we had a great experience with how well the housekeeping was and our family with littles felt safe walking back late at night.

Room was great except for the restroom. Toilet had poor was pressure and the shower was terrible

It was a place to stay- breakfast doesn’t start until 7- so making an early start to the park hard.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean. We stayed here because all our normal hotels were booked or triple the price for the long weekend.
Overall it was fine but we probably won’t be back. Here is why, we stayed on the 3rd floor by the elevator, this was a very noisy room. You can hear everything through the walls. Upstairs neighbors walking, showering, talking, everything. There was also a lot of hallway commotion very late into the night. The beds were all doubles, one bed was fine the other one sounded like you were sticking to plastic every move. The couch had something broken and made a loud “fart” noise every time, no matter where you sat. One outlet worked in our room, the rest were too loose and chargers would just fall out. The parking was also $20 a night plus tax which seems ridiculously high.

I loved my stay. The rates were great! The location is superb and in walking distance to so many places. Breakfast is good and plentiful. I will stay here on my next trip. Staff very friendly and very helpful!!

We are frequent visitors of Anaheim & the Disney parks. We've stayed at La Quinta several times over the years & for the most part, we generally know what to expect. It's an average hotel, not my first choice, but when traveling with additional family, the double rooms & complimentary breakfast is a plus & fits our needs. A bit of a walk to the parks, but doable. The complimentary breakfast, while very basic, is appreciated. The staff working the breakfast was helpful, kind & stood out during our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was less than friendly, not something I've encountered in the past. The rooms have always been clean & sufficient. Recently, however, we had 2 beds and 1 sofa bed to accommodate 5 people, yet received 6 (sad) pillows and 4 towels. Seemed stingy and an inconvenience after visiting parks all day. Beds were uncomfortable, to say the least. Extremely hard, resulting in horrible sleep. I will add, nearly every time I've booked through Expedia, I've been placed on the same floor as the breakfast & laundry room (less ideal location). Expect to be woken at 6:45am by LOUD guests lingering hallways while getting breakfast. Not ideal if you plan to sleep in. Overall, this most recent visit was just ok, maybe a little disappointing. Was great when kids were little, but will likely revisit other preferred hotels in the future.

Had a great stay, all the staff were very kind, pleasant and helpful, the location was perfect and easy to get to and very close (and walkable!) to a lot of restaurants and Disneyland, I loved my continental waffle breakfast too! Will totally stay here again! Thank you so much :)

Conveniently located to Disneyland and dining! Allowed dogs to stay! Accomadating and spacious! Did not like that there was no designated area for pet run/potty.

Plenty of expensive places in this area, but La Quinta is such a great option if you don't want to spend a fortune.

When checking in the receptionist was not friendly and extremely rude.

Pros:
- close to Disneyland and has ART bus for $6 a day each person
- can see fireworks from front lobby of hotel
- close to shopping center and House of Blues
Cons:
-shower tub or sink had drain issues
- room key wouldn’t register and needed to try a few times
- parking is 20 dollars per day but there are no alternative close by

Worst possible place to stay at. Not accommodating at all. Do not leave your valuables in the room. We discovered our personal belongings were ran through with money missing (teenagers left money in their bags without parents knowing). Could not provide extra pillows or blankets when needed, cards seemed to always get deactivated. Our whole experience was stressful and ruined having to worry about our privacy being invaded while we were out and about. Location was not bad but other than that, I would stay away!

Our hotel room got broken into there’s no cameras and the only resolution to the issue was to email the manager and file a police report. Police didn’t show up

Catfished by the pictures online. This hotel’s cleanliness is atrocious, I hope they pay their marketing/media manager a high enough wage considering how expensive their photoshop software probably costs to make this place look like a four star hotel. If you like cigarettes burned out in the elevator, paying $20.00 a day for parking, your toilet not flushing, hot water not coming through your shower and only getting piping hot water through the bathtub this place is for you. I will give credit when credit is due, the only nice thing about this place is the staff, sorry you have to work in these conditions. I guess I can’t complain that much it’s not like I’m going home with bedbugs.

Initial communication with staff at the moment of check in was not friendly.

We reserved the family suite to stay with five children. The beds were very small. The room was very tight with seven of us. The room was old and not updated. Even thought we reserved a room for seven, they provided only 3 towels for the room. They charged $20 a night for parking.

We were given an accessible room so the shower would spill water all over the floor and flooded the bathroom. There was pet hair all over the furniture and I am allergic to pet dander. With that said the front desk was helpful and moved us to a better room

Booked a set of rooms for a work conference and was triple charged. Agent at the desk assured me that the charges on my card were not showing on their end. Now I have to proceed with a dispute through my credit card company. Frustrating.

The staff was friendly and respectful. The hotel is old and outdated. The floors were sticky. The door between the living room and bedroom wouldn't move and we stood in two inches of water while showering. There were stains and tears on curtains. Gross really. Nicks and scratches on all furniture. They missed cleaning out room after the first night. We had to call to ask for towels and trash removal. At $200+/night, we expected much better. I'm sad this was such a poor choice.
