There was water coming up threw the floorboards, the toilet would not stop running and gad issues flushing, the smoke free room smelled of smoke, the soup in the room was out so i bought my own and they threw it out while i was out of the room. Would not stay again

I love the Red Roof and stay here whenever I have an early flight from BWI; however, on this trip I was very disturbed by a group of guests in the next room who were loud and boisterous ALL NIGHT. The noise never stopped. I had a 3:30 wake up and maybe got about 2-3 hours of sleep. I'll give it one more try but if I have a similar experience, I'll have to find another hotel near the airport.

The room was spacious. No refrigerator or microwave. But we didn’t have the premium room. Quiet. Clean enough to stay for one night . Good area near restaurant and gas station

The elevator almost stopped on us so that was kind of scary the room was not very clean moderate but not great and the people at the front desk weren't very much help

Not too bad. It was small, but clean. The tv was extremely dark and the AC/heater was broke (would not turn off). We accidentally left a watch there and the cleaning person must have taken it because i called the hotel and they "didnt have it"

It looked clean but you can’t always tell. Thermostat was old but eventually we got the overpowering heat on that side of the room to balance the overpowering cool air blasting from the fan. The amazing thing was the quick response at 5am when we called the front desk for checkout to get our $2 safe fee back. Unfortunately the phone handle unplugged itself from the base as soon as he answered and it took a minute to reconnect it. That was a first having the bedside phone come apart while using it to call the front desk hahaha

Stayed here last August on the way to Florida. Had an overall decent experience so figured I'd stay there again since I was passing through MD. This time around they didn't disappoint, room was clean and staff are very professional and make you feel at home during your stay

It was ok the first 2 nights but it took a turn for the worse after that I eventually checked out when I never received my sheets or my room cleaning finished. Waited almost 6 hrs for the housekeeper to come back and I even called the front and was told she was coming back so when I saw all the housekeepers had packed up and left this was around 4:30 or 5 pm it was getting dark already I decided to just go stay in my new house for the rest of the trip.

Excellent shuttle service, the drivers both ways were super friendly, Faye picked up promptly after we called for pick up. It means a lot as a customer getting dropped off and picked up without delay. Thank you to the staff, your kindness did not go unnoticed!

Overall it was a pretty good stay. My only complaints would be that the pillows kinda suck. So maybe give more than 4. And we stayed in a premium room and it said they come with free bottled water. We never got any. Not really a big deal. But maybe remove that if it doesn’t come with the rooms. The staff were all super friendly. I would most likely stay here again.

It was drug paraphernalia pieces of glass, drug packaging, approached by multiple drug dealers, staff were disrespectful, room was filthy, they have roaches and possibly seen bed bugs had to go to the laundry mat right after to wash all of our stuff and dry it like 20 times and then treat it with stuff for bedbugs

Comfortable enough for a one night stay, but don’t expect anything fancy. You have to order take out if you want to eat. Use menus in the lobby ,not the pricey Red Roof delivery service.
