The moment we walked in the smell of marijuana hit you in the face! It was in the elevator and on the 3rd floor where we stayed. Basically everywhere. What looked to be employees were walking around the lobby in their bare feet. We were in town for a funeral. My sister also stayed there. She is from Pennsylvania. The people hanging around the front entrance gave her the impression it was a sketchy place and asked was it safe to stay there. I was very surprised that this placed represents Wyndham.

The customer service is exceptional and its clean. Didnt like how they packaged the continental breakfast. I wasnt suppoto see that the containers were placed on rhe floor. 3nd floor where laundry is filthy. Smells like garbage and pampers specially.

Had to make a quick reservation in the BWI area due to a winter storm (that fizzled) to be sure we could be in the area Saturday morning if indeed it had snowed as much as they called for. There is no breakfast. It's a grab-n-go box with a bagel, 2 small muffins, Sunny D and a yogurt. Hotel is advertised as 100% smoke free. Had to go to the drug store early Saturday morning and the second floor hallway reeked of smoke......The room was comfortable and clean. There are improvements they can make.....like no smoking in the hallways. Smoke smelled like a skunk.....

Absolutely filthy. Trash stinking like rotting fish and overflowing in the hallways. Was there when we checked in and there when we checked out. So gross. Run down and badly needs some TLC. Missing carpet in areas, chipping paint, a hole in the elevator wall. Check in was a hassle bc they gave us a room with one bed and I paid for two. Noisy guests above us late at night. Just not a pleasant experience.

The non smoking room we booked smelled of smoke odor, the toilet had mold around inside, the tub was stopped up unable to drain. Once manager moved us to a new room it was a little better but the tub was still a issue not draining

This is a no frills hotel. Yes it was clean and conveniently located. They also offer airport transportation. However. The in room coffee machine didn’t work. The in room fridge never got cold enough in the 48 hours I was there. The microwave did work! They do have an ice machine, but it doesn’t work. They do have a a beverage vending machine, but that didn’t work. But, the room was clean and customer service was very good. The free breakfast was a bagel, yogurt, muffins and a sunny d. If you’re ok with the lack of ice or vending machine it’s worth the risk

Clean room and comfortable The front desk day and night were so kind and they even have a 24 hour shuttle to the BWI airport. They even made special arrangements for me to get my room. The staff is amazing

The hotel claims they are non-smoking but everything smells like cigarette smoke, especially in the rooms, elevator, and lobby. The place is generally run down and dirty. The auto doors were broken (we had to awkwardly slide them), there was graffiti on the walls, and the “renovation” of the rooms was only half done; leaving the carpet with paint stains, fixtures not working, and outlets painted over. The rooms do not match the photos in Expedia. There was no breakfast or working ice makers, even though the listing on Expedia said there would be. My stay included 4 people. Me, my wife, and our kids (both under 3). Our room only had one pillow and one towel. I went to the lobby and I was told that they did not have any extra pillows or towels to give me. This hotel is not family friendly and I recommend not staying here with kids. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham and I will not be staying at another one.

There were cockroaches in the hallway and it smelled like death. It was dingy and dirty. Unfortunately we are not able to get our money back, which is ridiculous, because the place was filthy and not fit for sleeping!

This hotel should be inspected by the state. The linen is beige instead of white. The front desk is unable to help with anything. I requested an iron and he could not help with that because THE iron was in the housekeeper’s closet. The bathtub had pieces of plaster in several spots instead of replacing the tub.

The property looks nothing like the photos. The room was rundown and dirty. Stains on the sheets and furniture that's falling apart. The bathroom was atrocious. Immediately after checking in, I checked out and went somewhere else. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

After two days I turned in two towels and requested replacements (my door had the (DND) sign on it. The housekeeper did not replace the towels as I was leaving stating the towels were being “washed “ and none were placed in the room by my return. I requested towels from the desk clerk but she told me she “couldn’t.” My room phone never worked for my entire 4 day stay.

Checking in was quick and easy but when i was walking down the hallway to my room it had a moldy smell. When I got into the room, it looked like it was being remodeled. There was paint scrapes all over the walls and on the door, the carpet was stained and unvaccumed. I didnt even stay the night because of how bad the room and smell was. They also had a charge to check in early which is something I've never heard of. I'll never go back to this hotel again

It took the clerk a long time to check me in; perhaps a training issue. When I got to my room, I saw a full-size refrigerator, silver and dented, next to the bed, a toilet leaking full tilt, a leaky sink faucet, and an old rodent trap on the floor. The bed was comfortable. I don't think this place should have a Wyndham label on it until it's upgraded.

My friend kept complaining about bugs, when she went to getvsome things out her bag it was loaded with ants. They were everywhere. When we complained to the front desk they sent a maid with a can of raid. No Bueno!

The room we stayed in had dead roaches under each bed and there were ants on the night stands. Also, no tv remote just a single left battery from when I assumed somebody else stayed.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, I was comfortable, and I slept well. It was the minimum I'd expect for the price. The hotel did have a strange smell outside of the room, the carpets in the halls were stained, the tile on the room floor was loose, the phone message light wouldn't stop blinking and there was an outlet attached to the desk that was damaged. The bedding was clean but had cigarette burns on it. I seems like the daily maintenance and cleanliness is great but needs repairs and replacement of some furnishings.

Stains on carpet, felt like it wasn’t vacuumed. The sheets smelled horrible. Smell of weed through the property. Could hear every foot step on rooms beside us. The tvs are old and outdated. But was close to airport and had a shuttle so it worked.

Upon arrival, the staff checked in was quickly and staff was very helpful when towels were needed the next day. Unfortunately some of the towels had dirt stains I hope from time use and not because it's not clean. We found a cockroach in the tub unfortunately. The breakfast came in a box with muffin, bagel, juice and cream cheese. Coffee/tea were available. We didn't have it because it was not appetizing for us.
