Floor was dirty, fridge was dirty and old food was in it. The linens were stained. With that said the linens were addressed. I’ve stayed here off and on for years. The place needs an overhaul. The staff are friendly and always helpful.

Room was clean and quite. Airport shuttle is 24 hours which was important for our 4am flight

As non picky travelers who have worked in the hospitality and service industries, we were quite disappointed with La Quinta. Our main issues were the shuttle and the customer service. We arrived at 11:30PM and called for a shuttle. The person in the phone was fairly rude but it happens. Twenty five minutes later, and no shuttle, we called back and again, dealt with some rude customer service. We called again a bit later and fortunately, had a friendly woman help us. But again, the shuttle never showed. We ended up waiting 50 min and taking a $17 Uber. When we arrived, we were explained the issue and was told that we were on the wrong level. We were on the same level as all the hotel shuttles. We gave up at this point. The following day, we learned that the shuttle that came for us did not have La Quinta on the van. As frequent, easy going travelers, this was frustrating and disappointing. At the very least, the communication and customer service needs improvement. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean and comfortable for the price and rating. We understand that mistakes happen but after the 3rd-4th call, it is important to better communicate the pick up details. The only reason we picked this place was because of the included shuttle. But we likely won’t be booking a La Quinta again.

We had a very comfortable weekend at the la Quinta BWI. My child and I stayed for a birthday weekend where we not only had birthday gifts along with a cake and balloons delivered to the hotel where the staff kindly held onto it for us, As well as we enjoyed the morning breakfast that they had each day.
Staff is multicultural, which is great to see diversity along with very kind. Great customer service …best part about it, Cavalier King Charles could join as the hotel is pet friendly

My stay at this hotel was interesting. Now the guest agent was very friendly and accommodating. The reason why I say that is because upon check into my original room, the bed was stained with a large pool of blood dried into it. It was very disgusting to look at, let alone if I didn’t find this, I would have been sleeping on this. Now, the agent was very sympathetic about this. I showed up the picture of the bed in question, which should have thrown out immediately. He switched out the room and even promised to look into it. The other room was okay, no bloody mattresses. But the tv differently needed to be updated. I wouldn’t say that this stay was a total disappointment but I would expect better from this chain of hotel establishments.

Extremely load arguing from front desk staff (with each other) while checking in and pretty much each time I walked through the lobby.
The one and only elevator was super slow.

For just a one night stay, I experienced the power going out. No T.V. or air in the room. The breakfast could have been better (sausage cooked more, yogurt cups sealed and not opened). I wouldn't jump at the chance to stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean but sheets were stained, exhaust fan in bathroom not working. Very few tv channels, no cable tv or movie channels. Only one elevator that was time consuming to wait for.
Did not get refund for second night I did not stay. Would not recommend or stay here again.

All of the staff at this hotel are amazing! Responsive, friendly, helpful. We stay here multiple times a year because its dog friendly and a great stop when traveling from North Carolina to the North East. Makes the drive better and a great little place to crash for the night.

Main issue was front desk. There was no soap in our room. The front desk insisted that there was body wash in the shower but there was not. There desk didn’t have bars of soap available and we were told the housekeeper took the keys home. The evening shift said the morning shift would be able to help us but that also was not the case. The front desk needs to be prepared for such situations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore BWI airport, and I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, the dedication to cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel.

Very Nice Stay and Efforts of Staff.....very tasty breakfast. Housekeeping staff exceeded expectations and delivered requests quickly. My family and I would stay here again!

The facility is great and very convenient but the front desk stuff can be a little more friendly and cordial. There was a fire alarm activated at midnight and the person at the front desk DID NOT SPEAK A WORD to let the anyone now what the situation was. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills. Other than that the place was great

Never stayed at a Laquinta and probably wont ever again. The elevator constantly got stuck, basic items in the room werent inside like soap. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and no one came out to alert anyone when we could come in, the toilet was broken and the continuously ran. Our cards were deactivated twice. And the cleanliness was a joke....

Got to room on a non smoking n room smelled like an ashtray. Shower was not draining w gross hair all in it. Awful experience.

We booked this stay before an early flight. We arrived around 8pm and there was a line for check in. The front desk worker was amazing. She handled everyone in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, our room key didn’t work twice. On my third trip down to tell her, she gave us a new room. The room was comfortable. The soap was empty in the shower. The shuttle was great in the AM for our flight. I’m also glad we asked about parking. It’s $10 a day after your stay. So, we stayed Monday-Tuesday then we returned from our trip Saturday, so was charged $30 for parking.

Check in was ok as was the lobby. The issue is with cleanliness in the rooms. It generally doesn’t feel like there was much cleaning done whatsoever. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom and socks left behind the toilet (not ours) that are pretty hard to miss. And we definitely could hear a man talking at 11:45 pm in a room next to us. It wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been but I can’t imagine being next to someone who was talking for longer or with multiple people in a room. Finally, it absolutely smelled musty/smoky upon entry, like there had been no air flow in there for awhile. Fortunately, turning the AC on helped but it wasn’t a pleasant welcome into the room. I guess this works as a one night stay for an earlier flight but it’s about as bottom of the barrel as you’d get for a two-star hotel.

Other than Jamar the front desk clerk and his 3pm replacement the front desk was lacking in customer service. The Tuesday 02/06/2024 morning front desk clerk was EXPETTIONALLY RUDE!!!! This woman must have been sick on Customer Service Training. The other front desk clerk that morning was dressed as a maid.
Breaskfast if that's what you want to call it was dissappointing. The hot oatmeal was COLD,Milk was SOUR and the eggs were also Cold. The only thing hot were the waffles and that was because you made them yourself!!!
The rooms were small. It was a challenge to get a small room warm.
The bathroom floor wasn't clean for I spilled something on the floor and when I went to clean it the the paper towel I used was black as if the fllor hadn't been washed in weeks.
The schuttle bus schedule wasn't told to me,until the morning of my departure.when the barracuda (front desk clerk) came running out when I knock on the schuttle door telling me in a fit that the bus only runs on the hour.
Do to lack of information I missed my departure and had to pay until charge to get back home.

I wouldn't normally bother to complain about the long black hair in my bedding, the faucet just barely connected to the sink, or the refrigerator which whined a loud high pitch for minutes at a time every time it kicked on in the middle of the night. But the paper thin walls, and the people in the room next door who were up to no good... and the staff coming to forcibly eject them at 5:30am, and the resulting screaming and physical altercation, and violent threats... that all had me wondering if the thin walls would stop any bullets if they started flying. When I checked out, Baltimore PD was in the lobby, for which I was thankful, but no apologies or comments of any kind from the hotel to the impacted guests.

Hotel was convenient and clean. Just a few minor cons. Breakfast was average. Coffee very weak but worked ok to get the day started. Room was very warm. The shuttle to and from AP was a little confusing. We have to wait quite a while for the pick up upon arrival. Need better instructions about their shuttle on website. All in all a good place to stay.

Our room key rarely worked, but that didn’t matter, because if the dead bolt wasn’t on, you could just push the door open. The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were literally green and odd colored. Housekeeping was running the vacuum right outside our room door at 8:00am.
I’ve stayed at a lot of these hotels, and this was by far the worst one. Usually don’t have a problem.

The driver who dropped me off in the amtrak train station early morning was very rude. After he left me in the train station, everyone left when a train came before my scheduled train. There was a guy who was roaming nearby in pickup truck, and he was asking me weird questions. I was scared and I called the driver in the hotel to pick me up again, he was telling me that it is ridiculous, and he would pick me up after 20-30 mins even though I told him that I was alone and there is a guy who doesn't feel okay. By that time the driver arrived, there were people but I could be in danger. The driver was very rude and being sarcastic. It is his job and I was not feeling safe when I called him
