Motel 6 Visalia, CA

There was plenty of lighting in the parking areas, which made me feel that my car was safe. What I didn't like—and I recognize it was my mistake for not paying closer attention when booking the room—was that I accidentally reserved a smoking room. The smell was terrible, and they were not willing to change my room at the time. Other than that, everything was fine with my stay.

It was well maintained for an older hotel. Area was very quiet. Pool was clean and had picnic tables to eat at with umbrellas. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

From the very beginning, your staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We received a thoughtful welcome message before our arrival letting us know that our room was fully prepared — a small gesture that made a big difference. Upon arrival, everything was smooth: parking was easy, the amenities were exactly as described, and the room was clean, ready, and comfortable. But what stood out most was the staff. Every interaction was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to feel this level of hospitality at a roadside hotel, and we appreciated it deeply. We gladly give an all‑stars excellent rating and extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved. You helped make our national‑park getaway even more memorable. Convenient for national park trip. Quiet. Had air conditioner and a decent size bathroom for a motel.
