The Omni Corpus Christi was incredible. Every staff member that we encountered was helpful and kind. Our room with balcony was just what we needed for our relaxing weekend.

The staff was awesome even though they had to deal with the overnight maintenance scheduled with power outages. I had no issues and slept very well. No effect on me at all. Great place! Donnie the bartender rocks!!!!

First they charged $27 for parking, $10 dollars per device for internet access in our room, and a paid breakfast if you choose to do so. The next problem they put us in a room right next to a Clanky elevator, so I got to listen to that all night. The next problem was that the hotel flies three flags, of which I have no problems with that, but they should take them down at night. From our fifth room floor the flags were just outside our room. A storm front came in and was gusting winds in excess of around 50 mph. From about 1am to 5am those flags were popping around in the wind so loudly that we count get sleep. It almost sounded like distant gunfire but right outside my balcony window. With my ptsd from military service I was so uneasy and couldn’t sleep because of that as well. In the hotels defense they did comp my parking and internet but could do nothing about the room since I had booked it with hotels.com. To me the parking and internet should be free anyway so nothing lost and nothing gained, but what a terrible stay. Lessons learned for sure.

I travel extensively and only stay at Omni hotels. I was very disappointed with the service I received from the concierge/check in desk associate named Stone. He was rude Unaccommodating and extremely dismissive. To be honest it has left me questioning my loyalty to Omni as I feel is not reciprocated.

We have stayed here a number of times through the years, so we thought we knew what to expect this trip. Even though we were here on a quick trip for a family funeral, we thought we could enjoy a comfortable stay with a beautiful bay view. Well, the view did not disappoint, but almost every thing else Omni did. We checked in on Sun afternoon (1/28) to sounds of jack hammers. We were NOT informed that the hotel was under construction! When we made it to our room - nice corner room on the 8th floor with a lovely bay view that we paid extra to enjoy - all we heard until way after midnight was motorcycles drag racing up and down Shoreline Dr! The regular traffic sounds which were ALL night long could have been driving right through our room they were so loud. We got NO sleep because of it and had to be up early for the funeral and then a long drive back to Houston. We feel this is unacceptable and when the desk clerk inquired about our stay, I told him all of the above. We were not offered any compensation for our suffering, only a "sorry"! Very disappointed all the way around with this Omni stay!!

It was raining all our stay and noone from the hotel told us they had a basketball court. We found out when we were checking out. Came to celebrate family events ,no updrages were offered.

The Omni experience was very friendly and clean. I can start from me pulling up to the entrance doors all the way to me checking out, as far as customer service to comfort. Highly recommend and I will be back for Spring Break. Much Love Omni In Corpus Christi

The view . The young woman who checked us in was beyond polite. Very informative. She let us know about the live band that was playing on the night of stay. Informed us about the restaurant and other local amenities. When we seen her the next day , she greeted us in the same manner. Friendly, definitely made the stay welcoming. Will stay again solely based off her personality.

Property was beautiful and tastefully decorated for the Holidays. Room was spacious, modern and clean. We also ate and had a drink at the bar. Fair price and excellent quality.

Very nice staff. Very clean. Super comfortable. I accidentally left my wedding amd engagement ring behind. And cleaning staff turned it in and i was able to get them back

Bathroom was not as clean. Hair and dust on top of toilet. Otherwise fine. Food in restaurant that first night was not much of choice. Hotel recommended it but did not tell us about the steakhouse on the roof which would have been wonderful.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The valet is a very convenient option, and the valet took care of my vehicle. Valet uses cash App and I appreciate that. The front desk staff were helpful during check in and were very nice. My room had the best view. Very nice stay I recommend eating at the omni for breakfast.

My recent stay at the hotel was a delightful experience with a touch of areas where there could be an opportunity for further enhancements. The hotel's clean and well-maintained environment was commendable. Every corner of the room was spotless, reflecting the diligence and hard work of the housekeeping staff. The customer service was pristine and deserves a special mention. The front desk was supportive, professional, and responsive to all my needs. Every staff member I interacted with, from the bellman to the room service personnel, exuded warmth and hospitality that added to the overall charm of the hotel. However, I believe there is a potential area for improvement in soundproofing. As a light sleeper, I found the noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms somewhat noticeable. Introducing more effective soundproofing solutions could significantly enhance the guest's comfort and privacy. Furthermore, the room, while impeccably clean, could benefit from a pleasant fragrance. The installation of a nice odor dispenser or a regular spray of pleasant scents could easily elevate the ambience and create a more inviting atmosphere. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and these minor improvements could elevate the hotel to the next level of excellence. Looking forward to my next visit and experiencing these enhancements.

Checked into a room being worked on with equipment. Changed rooms, that 2nd room had broken ac. Shower doesn’t drain. Just needs better maintenance and make ready, decor is outdated. Views are good, steakhouse was awesome.

They didn't do anything about a party in the suite next to us. Partying from 2:30AM - 5AM. NO SLEEP. no security, no regard for a paying guest in a high priced room.Offered me a complimentary cup of coffee?? You got to be kidding Omni hotel.

Not impressed at all! I expected it to be more like Omni Dallas or Ft worth. This hotel has not been updated since the 1970s. Smelled, restroom was not working & had to change rooms. They charged for parking & for wifi, & for breakfast! For the $ there are much better options within a 5 mile radius. Definitely not worth it
