Room was very dirty, floor sticky, damage all over room and it smelled. Worst place I’ve stayed at in a while.

Never made it past the lobby. It looked dirty and dingy and less than what I was expecting. While checking in other people came in saying how dirty and gross their room was and that the sheets were dirty stating that the worker wouldn't change their room and had them exchange the sheets themselves. I wasnt taking a chance asked to cancel the room and refund my money.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever been to I only stayed for about an hour because it was so disgusting I couldn’t even dare sit on the bed and I didn’t want to touch anything and the lighting is so bad there was also a cleaning rag left in the room everything was horrid works can’t express!!

Place was so run down. Literally everything was broken. The floors were clean but I have never been to a worse hotel. The place was an absolute mess. I dont know of anything in there that was broken in one way or another.

The front desk service was great. The room floor was dirty. The sheets on one of the bed had not been changed (crumbs in the sheets). The other bed was off the frame, unstable, unable to sleep in. The tub had hairs in it.

I am 66 years old and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Filthy, broken and torn furniture and fixtures, bloody bedding, hair and toothpaste in sink, missing door lock, broken tv, trash and possibly urine in the outside hallway, tattered curtains and a huge feeling that it was unsafe. The night receptionist was helpful but after my 3rd try at a room I knew I couldn’t stay there. So even though it was 9pm I got a different hotel 5 miles away that felt like heaven. I would like a refund

I guess you get what you pay for. Outside looks ok, but inside needs an overhaul. Our beds looked like someone had taken a nap. I complained but place was full so i got new sheets. He offered to make the bed but i did it myself.

The cleanliness of our room was terrible. The floors was dirty to the point of not taking shoes off or walking on towels. There was cigar butts on the floor from people smoking, and the pillows and pillow cases were dingy. I will not be booking at this establishment again.

i rented the room specifically with a tub. found out the tub was broken. i was told too. also they woke me up the next morning at 9am told me its time to leave, i said but check out is at 11am but they didn’t care. so they sent a man to knock on my door really loud yelled get out. I think they knew i called expedia about THE BROKEN TUB to verify i was telling the truth. the expedia customer rep was rude. he said sorry theres nothing to be done. .the hotel sending a man to make me leave before checkout i felt unsafe. I like Expedia and was hoping they’d help me. Hopefully they will do something regarding the bad experience I had at this hotel

There was something on the floor felt like it burned my feet. There was a red (like spaghetti sauce on another area of floor. The back of bathroom door looked like feces smeared on it. The sheets were nasty looking. Affordable price but cleanliness was not worth it.

Amenities said about television service. The remote did not work the TV came a small picture in the corner wouldn't go full screen or change channels. Keep going in and out every 30 seconds. The lady from the came to room saw it said at least you have t.v. Nothing worked. Someone came knocking on my door and tried to get my room around 1 in the morning so didn't feel then ponded on the window. Very uncomfortable. Won't be back or recommend to anyone

This location is nothing like what is pictured. The place was locked down, lobby locked up with big signs that said no refunds under any circumstance, a little window to pass your credit card through. Not able to get into the room with our keycard, so the nice young gentleman working came and opened the room. The bathroom seat was so loose, I almost busted my head on the wall when it slipped from under me, the sink faucet moved a inch when turning off, the bathroom door had multiple huge holes, the ceiling had a huge hole and some motor thing above it, the walls were dirty, the door looked as if an animal had sat their digging on it, people sitting outside their rooms with no shirts, cops there in the morning, no breakfast as advertised. Absolutely awful. When I asked for another room, it was all that was available and it was late that our flight arrived so no ability to change. Very clear after seeing the room why they say no refunds under any circumstance. Of course bc once someone sees what they are buying which doesn't match the pictures, they certainly will want a refund. I don't know why this hotel is even allowed to operate. Seriously scary and horrible. I wouldn't even take a shower due to the holes in the ceiling. Just an awful experience.
