The room was a little smaller than I expected, however it was comfortable enough to suit my purposes. Most of my time was spent with family or running errands.

Check in was quick and easy and the desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean enough but the cover on the AC unit had fallen off and my dad had to put it back on. Overall room was clean enough, floors just seemed a touch dingy but not disgusting by any means. Bed was firm for my taste and pillows small but again, not outrageously bad.

This hotel is so convenient, being right across the street from concerts at the Matt Arena. Of course in addition to the convenience of the stay the hotel itself is always clean and quieter than one would expect given the noisy concert goers in town. This property has also been kept up very well over the years. Just a great place to stay when in the Eugene area for sporting events, concerts, or to visit your college student. Oh yes, the service is friendly and efficient - that scores points with us every time.

Nice place to stay! The conserving-water-shower head was the only slight inconvenience (gentle water flow) which I don’t understand this requirement since it RAINS SO MUCH HERE! :) A little tip to get back on campus w/o having to drive too far: stay in far right lane when you pull out of drive way then make 1st right (even though there was construction there), make a u-turn at the roundabout then turn left at the light. You’re back on Franklin heading to entrance to campus!

When I arrived at this hotel they told me they were working on the boiler and hot water would be ready in an hour. I didn’t need a shower that night but woke up in the morning a little late for work. I turned the shower to hot but it never got hot. I left the shower running the whole time I was on the phone with the front desk and it never got hot. They said they’d send maintenance but I didn’t have time to wait so took a cold shower. I was getting dressed when maintenance arrived but didn’t have time to deal with it, having a work deadline so told them I could not deal with it at that moment. I left for work and called them while on my trip to work. I explained what happened and that I felt a refund was appropriate. They told me I refused maintenance and that there was no problem with the hot water and they would not be refunding me. I won’t be going back.

Hotel room was clean and staff was nice to me. Our balcony door was broken so we couldn't go on our little patio However there were a couple other group interactions that were not so much. I think they were overwhelmed with all of us coming in for the concert. We just needed a close safe place and BW provided that.

We stayed with our children and loved this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were SO clean and the breakfast in the morning was incredible. Better than an average hotel breakfast. We only wished the pool was warmer and that there were more tv options. We just ended up watching a kids show on Youtube. Highly recommend staying here, if you are travelling with children.

Nice room, beds and breakfast. Staff was nice but the only issue is that the toilet in our room kept refilling. Tried adjusting but kept doing it all night making hard to sleep .

This property is very dated. The door did not seal properly and the door lock was not completely secured to door. Bery noise, could hear every car on street. Heater smelled VERY hot we did not feel safe usi g to warm the room.

Our stay was perfect! First time staying here. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled, super clean, quiet, great parking, perfect location to walk to the football stadium. Staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

We just needed a one night stay and weren’t expecting a lot, but we ended up liking the hotel better than we thought we would. The front desk staff was welcoming, the hotel was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We loved that there were 2 comfortable club chairs to sit in and a table and we got to park the car right outside the door. If I had to critique anything, I’d say the club chairs could use a good cleaning and the breakfast was decent but a little too salty, but that aside we had a most pleasant stay.

This hotel proved to be quite the gem...very clean, large screen tv, comfy bed, and twas just beautiful in November with the yellow and orange colors - and even though it rained every day i was there. Large heated pool for swimming laps...gym had pull up bar, free weights, running machine, and breakfast was one of the best i've ever seen from a hotel...eggs, hashbrowns, oatmeal options with walnuts, raisins, and cranberries, oh my. But best was the location..bar and grill right next door...one block from Campus where there is great walking, a museum and dining options... and nearby the river path where you can jog, and bike ride. (i used the bike share and just paid the $15 monthly fee and used it 3 or 4 times). Bring your discs for the disc golf course
