I didn’t stay I canceled. The room had an odor that was unbearable. This hotel isn’t a 4 Star at all

It was a last second stay, they had exactly what we needed and it was very clean. The breakfast was filling, great, and the eating area was very clean and organized. The pool was awesome and everyone was awesome. Definitely rebooking!

Extremely loud hotel. Up all night from stomping above me and yelling on both sides of room. Loud street sounds are also to be expected all night.

A little dated. A bunch of Hookers and Johns coming and going but they didn't bother anyone. Bed was comfortable, could've been a lot cleaner

Was dirty and unsafe. Doors had to be slammed to lock and homeless people patrolling the lobby and gross smell in the bedroom. Didn’t end up staying a single night here. Closer to a motel

Everyone was so friendly and kind! The breakfast was yummy. the pool and hot tub were beautiful, but the pool is not heated so it was freezing cold for this winter season.

The bathroom sink was made of a beautiful design. I also love the way the shower water ran out. I love the way the bed was made up even though it is not my idea of a bed I would like in my house after I get one. I would also have to get a kitchen in my house when I get one.

Had blood stains on the sheets, bathroom overflowed and was dirty and dead bugs in the towels. Staff did not accommodate.

This is tough because this property is in an older and fairly unsafe area, so naturally one’s expectations are lower. I’ll start by saying that the service was fine, every employee we encountered was courteous and pleasant. The room was clean enough to not change hotels, but close inspection revealed thick dust, peeling paint, and it was just overall icky. The toilet barely flushed, the bathroom mirror was scratched and peeling, and the walls were puckered and peeling like there was untreated water damage. The tattered cloth shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on, and the caulking inside the shower was pealing and discolored. We chose this hotel because we were hoping to walk to Kia Forum for a show, but after spending a short amount of time in the area and given advice from our local transportation, we chose to not walk anywhere after dark. It was fine, but how this property has 4 star reviews I do not understand.

Front door had somewhat of a gap, it made it seem as it was not closed. The room was clean,the bathroom had a few patching spots and not well done, but those are minor things i tend to look at. Youll pay extra for parking and checking in earlier too, i found that to be wrong. Due to me paying for my room in advance.

I stayed overnight at the hotel to attend a concert at Kia Forum. It's close to the venue, but the area is not one you would want to walk around at night. The hotel was functional, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay again if needed.

We were in town for a family memorial/funeral. Had plans to spend a couple of days in LA to visit friends. Checked in around 5pm after family services. Very tired, we decided to sleep. But the room above ours (322) sounded as if someone was dragging furniture across the floor, from the time we tried to rest, continuing until 11pm! I called to render a complaint and the person at the desk said she would tell the occupants. The noise dissipated for a short time but then started up again, lasting all night! Without chancing another room we checked out after breakfast in the am. Won't go to this BW again but will continue with BW accommodations in the future. .

Every single staff never I encountered was not only helpful, but very nice! Location was convenient and very well kept. Room was nice, pool was nice. Small property, Good for people who are on the go. Very clean and good value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again!

beds baseboard very dangerous. Sharp edges coming out 2 inches from the corner of the mattress. Hit it four times.

Had such a great time at this hotel! The room was really clean and the man at the front desk was very friendly! We had a jetted tub in the room and it was a heavenly! It was easy to get to from the freeway and pretty close sofi will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future concerts.
