I paid $180 for my room that I booked in advance. The day of my reservation I price dropped $40. I understand they want to fill. Rooms but I feel I should have gotten that price since It was pointed out and reserved in advance. Last minute people shouldn’t get the better price. I will look for an air bnb before returning to this hotel.

Great. Pillows a bit fat. Almost didn’t do review due to eco rating. The water was hot, the room warm, and the towels were clean so for a eco rating it failed.

This is an older facility with character. Staff do a great job making it a nice place to stay. Adjoining room was a bit noisy but the fan kept TV sound at bay.

The place was the perfect place for our Mark Twain trip. Almost every place is in walking distance. All staffs were kind and it was friendly place.

From our 2nd floor room we enjoyed a good view of the river. The manager fixed our TV without delay. The indoor pool emitted a noticeable chlorine odor. It dissipated by morning.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly, nice and clean and my room had a bay window! The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is because the hotel is incredibly humid due to the pool being in the lobby. It isn’t enough to make me not stay again just a little warning so it doesn’t take you by surprise.

The staff was great. The room was clean but furniture was worn. The pillows sucks. Bathroom was tiny and did not have hot water, lukewarm at best.

What a delightful hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the area. We felt comfortable walking around the area; enjoyed dinner across the street (not fancy, but fun); had a comfortable, quiet night; then loved having a TALL shower in a nice, clean bathroom in the morning. We left before the start of the hot breakfast, but they kindly gave us coffee and a very good continental breakfast. What a nice place!

Excellent staff. Very clean. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. The toilet was rocky. Others in our party had a lose key pad and very weak stream in the bathroom sink. All very fixable with proper maintenance.

The property was convenient within walking distance to downtown area. Did not like that the pool was located in the middle of the building. Would have preferred that it be located behind doors which would have muffled the sounds.
