Booked a king bed but when i got there was put in a twin queen room told the king bed room i booked not available

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was certainly quality. The food was excellent. The motel staff was very friendly and professional. We look forward to coming back again.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I accidently left a skirt in the closet and the staff retrieved it and held it until it could be picked up. Supplies in room were convenient and staff helpful if additional items were needed.

After entering the hotel and encountering the overpowering smell of cleaning fluid and also looking at the low quality room I decided not to stay. I was charged the first night minus tax.

My husband and I both have C-Pap machines. So mine was on the side of bed closest to wall. His was plug in on side near windows. When we turned the switch off to shut off the light by the door the outlets near the window would not work. So had to have that stupid light on all night and we did not sleep well.

It was a good location, and the staff was pretty nice both with check in and check out. And the manager was very helpful when I had to call with an issue with my debit card.

We returned to the property around 9:30 pm to find a group of people leaving the pool via the back parking lot. They had been swimming, still in wet swimsuits, and left in their vehicle. It did not appear they were staying at the hotel. When we got to the door to go inside, we found we did not need our key card for entry because the door lock for the door was a big empty hole. The door opened into a small entryway where a door on the left went directly to the pool and a door to the right went directly to the hotel lobby. None of those doors were locked. Unsettling.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.The only “issues” I found was that the light switch also turns off power to the outlets that have the refrigerator,microwave,satellite box and tv plugged into them and the tv could be upgraded.Otherwise everything was good, I didn’t use them but the pool and hot tub looked nice.

The only negative thing I can say is the bed was not comfortable for me. I woke up with my back hurting. The room was clean and we got a great price.

Young manager was very cordial. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Only complaint was that I apparently left my phone charger in the socket. But that wasn't the hotel's fault!

Was rather disappointed to come into the room with unmade beds. Asked that they just make the beds and clean up for us, no need to change rooms if they would do that. I was assured they would. Get back to the room late that night and nothing had been done. Otherwise it would have been just fine.

It smelled strongly of disinfectant in the hallways, and somewhat in the rooms. The beds were below average, the pillows very poor, and when I walked around the room barefoot and the got in the shower, I left footprints.

We ended up need to check out a day early, they refused to refund me, and told me I had to talk to Expedia regarding the money, I will never use Expedia again

This stay was great! Check in was easy and rooms were very clean. We didn’t check out the breakfast so can’t say what that was like. Would most definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was no5 cooked well, biscuits hard, always out of coffee, no healthy choices like oat meal, yougurt. No boiled eggs. Fruit was old no bananas. Our room smelled of old cigarette smoke.

The receptionist was friendly and helped w my issues. My reservation was not in computer. Not sure what happened. But started to get stressful and she reassured me and she found a room for us and made the experience pleasant instead of stressful. Thank you Comfort Inn.

Kleenex in the room would be nice. Alarms go off. Loud bangs are startling and upsetting. But besides all that it's nice.

Staff was friendly. Heater in room wasn’t working, but it had a button on the side of plug that we pushed and then it worked. Husband said breakfast was only lukewarm(eggs and sausage). We just stayed one night , as we were there on business
