The room was clean and had plenty of linens. Bed was comfortable. Loved that the lamp between the beds had electrical outlets.

Brighter lighting.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable. The hair dryer in my room was broken and they replaced it immediately. The staff is professional and polite. The pool and hot tub were clean with perfect temperatures. I will plan to stay again on my next trip to Ozark, MO.

Quiet, close to major highway, rooms were clean, coffee was horrible and food was normal hotel food, bed was hard like sleeping on plywood with a 1/2” egg crate foam pad, doors definitely need to be replaced you can hear right through them and of the two keys you get good luck which one actually works. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool or hot tub but they were open and looked nice.
