We needed an economical, clean place for an overnight stay. The Quality Inn fit the bill.

In town for my son’s graduation Went to the hotel the first time,there was a sign displayed pay $25 for early check in I thought ok fine I was tired and the attendant stated no I couldn’t check in early because rooms weren’t ready they had a busy night come back after 2:30pm or later so I did then there was a sign up stating attendant away from desk be back later I waited in the lobby and no one came so I went to my car and waited with my family until a later time. So needless to say the checking in process went terrible and the hotel had no elevator which I was unaware of I had my elderly mother with me and they put her in a room far away from me and she had to walk and carry her bags to her room. During her checking out the house keeper was at her door waiting on her to leave even though it wasn’t time for her to check out

The front desk person was very friendly and welcoming. He was very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and I particularly like that. The floors were not carpeted. The pool area was also very clean and had towels which was appreciated. The breakfast was good, And there were several options. The hotel may not look like much from the outside, but I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was top notch! The room was clean and in good condition. They were going through a major renovation so it wasn’t in perfect condition but it was definitely nice. The only complaint I have was that the bed wasn’t comfortable at all! Lots of springs digging into us. But that’s it. Everything else was so nice and the people were so friendly and helpful! I could not have been more impressed with the staff!!!!

They had upgrades on the hotel being done, so the workers were working well after 10 at night. We could hear the drills and other tools being run. The drive was terrible with holes. The pool water, as well as the pool area was not very warm at all. The breakfast area was not kept up well. Both mornings I had to ask for things that were out, as well as the other guests asking. I’d say I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Checked into our room and found pizza boxes left from previous guest with food still in them, no clue how long. Other open food items. Stains on bed, looked like sauce spills on floor still there

Breakfast buffet was ok. Construction going on. Hook missing from curtain and it wouldn't close all the way and we were on 1st floor facing the sidewalk. Found a bug crawling around on the bed the next morning.

Checked in at night and was greeted by "EMan". He was friendly and professional and enjoyable to talk to. Later he assisted me with a parking tag and brought it to the room so I wouldn't have to come to the desk. Very considerate. In many places customer service has been on the decline but great to see a place that still has professional staff. Your place is my new "go-to" when in the Toledo area Thank You.

it look deserted. no exterior lighting in the parking lot, the interior was under renovations, bar was closed, could have been because of thanksgiving, staff were friendly,

Our room needed swept and the bathroom was a bit dirty. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They have a very nice breakfast.

Breakfast and pool are decent. Poor lighting in pool area. Housekeeping duties are neglected at a major level when it comes to the hotel rooms. 2 days w/ no housekeeping services even after i requested it and reminded the front desk b4 i left the property. The bedding is the exact same b/c i recognize the stains i made while eating in bed. Not too mention my ear started bleeding and got on a pillow case. That same pillow case is on the bed right now. They remade the bed with the stains and blood on the sheets etc. Nasty. Front desk said they would have Housekeeping come tomorrow morning but i check out at 11a. Right now it's 4p...check in time. Manager just left even though i asked to speak with her b4 leaving. I have pictures of the unclean room. Unswept floor. Stained sheets, bloody pillow case. Gross!! I wont be back. Check Google review for pics.

The stay was on par for what I paid no issues at all quite and comfortable. The pillows were good but bed at little hard for my liking and the blanket was a bit on the thin side but still ok.

The room was clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The only problem I found was the bath tub drains very slowly, it builds a water level as you shower.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly when we stayed. This sink was covered in hair from previous guest, we had ants on the floor when we woke up. The fridge was sticky and gross. Unfortunately they wouldn’t refund our money. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel unless you like dirty.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The heater made our fire alarm go off and maintenance came to fix the problem. On the other hand, the room was very dirty. We had to use wipes to clean the floors, the tub had stains, and the shower had hair in it from previous guests. Not a good experience. NEVER AGAIN!

Room was fine. The halls were in need of vacuuming. They completely skipped cleaning our room one day, but other than that, it was fine. The person who worked in the cafeteria area was very helpful in trying to get the public computer's printer working.

Rooms are very obviously not being cleaned at all. We arrived to a filthy room. We then moved rooms since there was no housekeeping staff on site, and the second room was just as bad. Dirty, sticky surfaces and the floors were covered in crumbs, hair, and more stickiness.
My husband finally asked if we could just have cleaning supplies and we’d clean the room ourselves. My husband scrubbed the room for an hour himself. We’re pretty easygoing but I was SHOCKED at how disgusting and very obviously untouched the rooms were.
Additionally, the mini fridge was broken, the toilet was broken, the sink was clogged. I know the hotel is under renovations right now, so hopefully some of that will be fixed. I’m not sure how renovations are supposed to fix the appalling cleaning standards.

After our trip was held up due to car issues on the highway...the manager assured me that we would be compensated for the days we could not make it. Now that we are checked out and needing a receipt as well as the refund promised...no one has any answers.
I will continue to stay with my Hilton Honors chains, I never have these issues.
I should have been compensated for cleaning the room that was nasty after they say they cleaned it.

They switched us to a first floor room with no problems. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great, but it could use some fruit. Very clean and quiet! We got there too late to use the pool and it looked so inviting!

Once we finally got checked into our room we starting walking down the hallway that smelled like a musty mildew, it was horrible! Once we got to our room we opened the door to find our room wasn’t even cleaned! The sheets and comforter were piled in the middle of the bed and there was trash in the floor! We had to go all the back up front and let the girl know. She gave us a different room and it wasn’t too bad until I had to use the bathroom and found out there wasn’t any toilet paper so I had to use tissues! Went upfront (again) and I asked the girl for some toilet paper and she told me that she didn’t have access to any and she was sorry! How does the midnight clerk NOT have access to the area where the toliet paper is kept?! It was RIDICULOUS!
