Hotel has changed for the worst because Bennett’s do not own it anymore

same breakfast everyday, rooms/hallways are dirty, breakfast food and items needed were not stocked

New owners make this hotel a lowlife place very dirty

pool and location

very dirty trash sitting by the was there all week hall smelled so bad food and dirt throughout hallways never cleaned my room for the whole six days we were there never offered any supplies they sat a broom and dust pan by my door we had two large trash bags we sat out by the door for them to rid of they sat there three days until I went up and said something they sat there the rest of the day then someone finally came and got them the new owners Are disgusting food is not stacked at the breakfast area they’re sitting around eating the food they have a whole bunch of family there I’m talking about the owners they are very rude if you ask for anything how can you eat without plates but the owners and their family sure had plates eating while the rest of the guests were sitting around waiting for plates

Staff great! Building needs facelift.

Property was a good location, pool hours and room were nice. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful!

Toiletries very lacking in size and quality. Not much to complain about since staff was so kind but just in major need of ongoing upgrades

Glad my wife was not along as she would have grossed out.

Pool was nice and breakfast was adequate

Room was “remodeled” but bathroom was gross and old looking.

Not much to like about this place... very dirty

The place was filthy... trash everywhere... nothing wiped down... very very dirty... left early due to poor hygiene of hotel

We had a good stay and the staff was great.

Pool was nice, room was comfortable.

Extremely dirty floors and surfaces, bed bug stains, got stopped by barefoot hookers in the parking lot, someone elses hairs on the towels and in the shower, mold in the shower, stains and crumbs all over the carpet, stains on the sheets and mattress cover

Miserable.

Absolutely nothing!

The smell of weed in the halls. The disarray of the hallway. Getting a different room that I booked, and not having a room available for the one I did. I booked a king room and was forced to use a double. Having to get the desk clerk on duty to get the adjoining room to quiet down after 10pm. Twice. The shower not draining. Loud rap music coming from the kitchen durning breakfast.

Fabulous location off the interstate. Very close to restaurants and stores. Great breakfast!

disappointed with room we booked not even available at hotel. No rooms with 2 doubles and a double sofa bed at all as advertised. fold away bed very uncomfortable for 17 yr old.

outside doors never locked! hallways always needed vacuumed ! the room wasn’t even clean when we checked in. Crumbs on the floor, crumbs under the microwave, room smelled musty, toilet dirty, and old food lids on the TV stand, j house keeping never bothered to ask if u needed anything , just to name a few!

Easy to find off the main Road. Young man at front desk very friendly. Clean. would stay again. Breakfast was good. Was just a overnight stay so was too late to use the pool but looks fine

Carpet in our room needs to be scrubbed otherwise would have given higher rating

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and very fresh. The staff was very helpful and everybody always greeted me with a smile. Very pleasant experience.
