Loved the hot tub
Our room was right across from the ice machine so if you are trying to sleep it's loud. The washer was broken shower head in shower was not enough to get cleaned

Location
Mold/water in ice bucket, broken head board light, room not vacuumed, human and dog hair everywhere and also in shower, finger prints on fridge and TV dirty handle on microwave. Food left between bed and night stand.
