Great little mom and pop hotel! Actually has dozens of oak trees all around it. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. No real amenities to speak of. Ice machine I guess. No breakfast, no pool. Just a good peaceful night’s rest! And cheap! $68 +tax = $76/per night.

It was a last minute stay. I have a bad knee so the gal checking us in made sure our room was close to the elevator but tucked around the corner so we didn't have the noise of it. I really appreciated that. The gal in charge of the complimentary breakfast was very kind and kept everything hot and fresh. Best breakfast choices I've had at a hotel that offers breakfast in a very long time. So if you' in the Happy Valley / Portland area and need someplace to stay give this Quality Inn a try.
