As a kid the Radisson has always been a big name but this one is definitely looked better than the past I am sure. Most of the outlets in the room did not work they had power strips taped to the bed the cable kept buffering the tub looked like it was 30 to 40 years old. With that being said that heat worked well the water for the shower was hot. Staff were friendly.

Hotel is a little out dated and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. With today’s modern technology I was surprised that there were no additional outlets to plug in cell phone chargers. For the amount of money we paid none of the premium channels were free. Regular channels had a ton of commercials. Went downstairs to the bar/restaurant and it was ghetto the regulars in there were acting disorderly. Not a place I would stay at again.

Pros: - comfy bed - reasonable cost - check in and check out were very simple Cons: - lack of customer service - several times no one would be at the front desk - also did not receive a call back after I left a msg on the front desk voicemail - tv glitched every 2-3 minutes - bath tub drained super slow - stood in about 2 inches of water during entire shower

I was pretty disappointed in this stay. When first arriving no one was at the front desk. I waited with my 2 kids for about 15 mins before anyone appeared to help. The bathroom in our room was a little dirty, the shower had hair and scum on the walls. The most disappointing thing was in the morning my kids were super excited to go swimming and the pool door was locked (We weren’t able to the first night because we had plans) it was 8:30am and pool was supposed to open at 6am. I went to the front desk and the lady there was rude and just told me she doesn’t know why it wasn’t open and doesn’t know when it will be but it wasn’t her job to open it. We checked back at 10:15am and it was still locked & no one was at the front desk. I specifically booked this hotel so my kids could go swimming and they never got to and were pretty upset.

Our annual trip to Milwaukee for a retiree party. Hotel is perfectly located for our needs. In is in obvious need of updating, which it appears they are doing. The only issue with the room was the drapes, which don't cover the windows completely so a lot of light gets in. Hopefully this will be addressed.

Room and hotel was clean and as expected. The unfortunate part about our stay that made it not enjoyable was we were woken up by the neighboring room about 3-4 different times throughout the night/early morning, truly made the stay unenjoyable and exhausting.

Room was quite dirty. Used coffee bag on the ground. Didn’t look vacuumed well. Definitely needs vacuuming behind cabinets and tables.

Room had 2 sets of towels and when I called for more they wants me to count how many I had already and questioned why I needed more. I showered upon arrival and went out and needed to shower again. Floor was not clean debris pushed in a corner. Ladies would not give a receipt for a deposit they took on my ccrd. Overall a no for me.

The room was very nice. The common are also were nice. Only problem was getting more towels & the garbage picked up. Was told that housekeeping needed to be notified 24 hours before the need.

Check in was a disaster. Long lines. Room wasn’t ready. Carpet in room looked like it was never vacuumed. If you walked around barefoot your feet were black on the bottoms.

This hotel is independently owned so we were not sure if that was why it didn’t life up to Raddison standards. It’s very run down and dirty. Your room is serviced on request only and if you make any requests the staff is very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The staff were nice but not very personable. The room was nice but the bathroom didn't have a fan so the steam from the shower fogged up the bathroom and made all the surfaces wet. The room was clean. The parking lot was small and needs some work. Overall a good hotel.

Was in town for college volleyball tournament. Was close to college. The room and floor I stayed on had a bit of a funny smell but overall very happy with my stay. Nice restaurant/bar right on site.

It wasn't horrible but certainly not great. The place smelled musty. No breakfast and no microwave in the room made it difficult to heat up my own food

was in town for my fathers funeral and no power cord for the tv. told them the day we check in and next day after that i gave up. sat night cam in late to what sounded like a fight was about to start in the area off the reception area. no security at night lots of suspicious cars hanging out .

Was not aware of $100 deposit on the room. Was upset that they don't accept cash. The window in the roo leaked with the rain. The front desk people were very rude. The pool was closed on Monday for maintenance and the didn't inform anyone. I would never stay there again.

I didn’t like that breakfast was not included. Expedia charges a lot higher rate than the hospital rate I was quoted so I will book directly with the hotel from now on.

Went in our room went to take a shower to freshen up and there were someone underwear behind the bathroom door husband went down to talk to someone they gave him attitude and then said they would have someone come clean the room and we left for alil while when we came back room was still like that so I called and got attitude also was not happy and will never go back

Our room was dirty and had a bad odor to it, either coming from something in the carpet or bathroom near room entry. Walls of the room and bathroom were noticeable dirty, with signs of water damage in the ceiling. Was to gym was open, but the whole wall of equipment that needed to plugged in was not working. When asking front desk, they said "No one should be in there, it needs maintenance". Pool area was dirty and smelled like paint fumes. Some of the front desk folk were nice, some acted like they didn't want to be there. It was cheaper than anything else in the area, which is not a bad area next to the mall. Would not stay agin

Booked 4 rooms for my family and hotel overbooked and only gave me 2. No roll away beds available either. Hotel does not want to refund me. Customer service was poor at best, no one available for questions or ability to help.
