Hotel is older, fairly clean--"grab N go" breakfast was instant oatmeal w/ hot water dispenser to make it and cereal bars and coffee (don't drink coffee personally). Muffins appeared by check out time. They could do a lot more to improve that. Room windows and artwork needed a good windexing--looked like something had licked them (pet friendly so maybe?) (seriously not good)-- rest of room OK (clean but old) --"kitchenette" did not come w/ anything to cook with or plates or anything so not sure how one could use it--did have full size fridge which was nice. Not much around to do or places to eat, it was close to a sports venue that we went to which is why we stayed. Constant door banging on our floor (2 of 3) all night long -- seriously all night long. We needed a cheap place to stay for one night and this worked. Would not probably stay again though. People that gave it 10 out of 10 overrated it a lot.

Place is in pretty rough shape. Overall a place where people stay that are in between housing pretty much. Was filled with the smell of marijuana. Dogs barking. Floors were stained. Shower was hot, bed comfy. Tv kept buffering. Had 2 future reservations that i have cancelled. I d rather pay a little more and stay in Brookfield. Left a $50 cell charger in the wall and went back to get it and it was not there.

It wasnt bad but it wasnt the greatest place. The building in general in and out the room was old and very worn out. It wasnt dirty but very dingy. It was affordable though.

Smelled like cigarette smoke and weed, people drinking heavily with door wide open, both locks on door broken/ wouldn't lock. Staff was very friendly, kind.

Cola was amazing she went above and beyond my expecatations.. I hope she is given something monetarily for her hard work that she puts into making customers feel safe and comfortable. She was nice, funny and caring about my needs. I thought my stay was going to be fine but Cola made it great. Thanks again hope to stay again soon.

Property did not look like online pictures. Room wasnt clean. Carpet dirty as well as fridge. Breakfast was only a muffin or granola bar not a full breakfast. Quality of the hotel does not match their room rates.

First off, the room smelled like smoke. We paid for a queen and clearly, this was NOT a queen or half-a-queen bed. The pillows were awful. Went to the front desk to grab another and was told there were no pillows left or clean linen for pillows. Check-in was simple. Did find a couple of flying bugs in the room when we arrived. This is never a good sign. GREAT location, but you definitely have better options nearby.

I stayed a night and it was good. Peaceful and quiet for the most part. The bed didn't seem to be made so I slept on the flat sheet otherwise everything was good.

There was mold in bathroom, television blaring all night, elevator didn't close properly, old air conditioning units right in front of building😗😗 I wouldn't stay here again..

Told when we arrived to come to desk for anything else but then when we did were told no extra blankets just turn up thermostat also need an extra towel was told to brink the others down to get fresh. no decaf ready only instant. was good but would be nice if ready. prices varied online. 80’s-120 for same room. didn’t know til arrival. guess that’s just how it is. haven’t traveled in a year. things are different

No phone in our room. And then no hot water. Staff were nice and switched us rooms. Remote in room worked intermittently as it had clear tape on back of it. Tape was also holding up the towel rack. Property is very old and dated. Grab and go breakfast was basically a granola bar and coffee near the front desk. Staff were nice and courteous

The carpet was so badly stained and so gross! I had a hard time sleeping because it was so bad. There was marijuana smell throughout the hotel and the bathroom and kitchen area were in bad need of repair as well. The tv did not work and had to go to the desk to get help with that. I do have to say though the help working there could not have been nicer! I would never pay that kind of money for a room that was in such bad shape. Also they said they served breakfast and all they had was a few granola bars and no coffee even! So disappointing after spending all that money!

Right when I entered the building, there was an aroma weed smoker.. arriving into the hotel, pretty late around 1 AM in the morning. All I wanted to do is lay down in the bed. However, when I lay down in the bed, they were hairs in my bed..

Everything was fine, but we checked in at 1 AM and they hotel was doing “an audit.” We could not check in and the front desk said it takes an hour. We had to wait in the lobby from 1-2 AM before we could check in.

This hotel is aweful. We arrived at midnight, if it wasn’t so late, we would’ve found another hotel, very dirty. Our rooms (2), were disgusting, wood floor dirty, pretty sure there was pot on the floor, bathroom disgusting, toilet plugged when we got there. No one answered at desk. Pd $150. No hair drier in room, front desk say ppl take them, they found one for me to use. Complained on the morning, front desk did not care.

There was a sour smell in the room like something had gone bad in the fridge but the room had not been aired out afterwards. Only 3 pillows in the bed for 2 people and they were the flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on. There were 2 bags of garbage in the hall outside another room and they were there all night. For the price, we didn’t expect luxury, but things could have been better. Also the location made it impossible to walk anywhere due to lack of sidewalks and being surrounded by very busy roads.
