The staff was very helpful with a mistake that Booking.com made. I paid online and when I got to the hotel, they couldn’t book me in because of some error that Booking.com made, but thankfully the staff help me through the problem and we were able to resolve.

Clean
They nickel and dime for everything here (like paying per hour for Wi-Fi) and have a list of additional rules which far exceeds what most hotels require. This tells me that they have switched from a hospitality model to a utility model and do not value their customers. I won't be returning.
