Horrible, the rooms were missing amenities( iron, ironing board, coffee pot, microwave, the fridge didn't work properly. The room and hallway was gross. They gave us a double bed when we ordered a king.

The hotel was pretty empty so I cannot believe I got a room right by the VERY NOISY Highway. And the view was all filth outside. It was horrible at around 1 in the morning people next door were loud and ridiculous I called the front desk he came up and spoke to them. It didn’t stop it started again. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place. I even checked out earlier than I planned because I was Very disappointed

A bit tired and worn, but clean. Breakfast was decent, people at the front desk friendly and helpful. It's on a highway and there's no eatery within walking distance, but they sell cracker/cookie/chip snacks in the Lobby. The hotel is quite minimal but clean, has the feel of a budget hotel (and is, compared to hotel prices nearby), but the bed was comfortable. They need to go eco and eliminate the small-bottle toiletries. I didn't use most of them as it was a short stay, but that is their next step.

close to a lot of things it was 12$ for a lyft form here to the mall to get on the bus that took 30 mins to get to NYC and about 10 mins away from the american dream

Ok I have to say what was good first. The guy at the front desk was very nice, mannerly. The lobby looks nice, clean .The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The first room I stayed in on 5 floor was dirty. There was hair on the soap dish, the hand towel, and the bathroom floor. This is just unacceptable. Even though I was very tired I had to request another room. This room was cleaner until I saw a hair in the shower stall, grossed me out, but I was exhausted so I stayed. I will not stay there again and will pay extra to get a clean room. When you type in there name on google maps is leaves you at the Nissan dealership on other side of the highway, if you type in Petco it leaves you at the hotel. The hotel is behind these shops, pretty dark at night too. Not very appealing.

It was a couple of things, the shower head was leaking … cracked tile in bathroom by sink… hole in wall (checked to make sure no cameras was in there) & the iron had a lot of stuff. Coming out of it… terrible. Couldn’t even wear my shirt that I wanted to. I don’t even know what it was… smh Overall, the staff is amazing

We certainly got what we paid for. Decent breakfast every morning. Service was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had to change our card key alot to get in our room almost all the time. But the room served its purpose.

We stayed one night, the reception area was dirty, when i saw how dirty the coffee machine and counter were I didn’t have any coffee. The bed linen had stains, we parked in the parking and used an elevator and got to the wrong floor and saw all dirty linen on the floor with a lot of roaches, it was disgusting. No wonder i have itchy skin and bites after one night stay in that hotel.

There was a musty smell to the carpets in the hallways. Other than that, it was a pretty okay stay. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. They provided toothpaste that we had forgotten to bring. Very satisfied overall.

Breakfast is the worst, don’t stay for that. There is a club next door so carefull with noise. Carpet doesn’t look like it has been changed. No upgrade seems like the owner forgot to take care of it.

This hotel is in the process of restoration, apparently the facility is old. Its interior areas are very clean, around it is not clean and very dark. Its customer parking is illuminated only in the part in front of the lobby. The bedroom area still needs finishing.

I would not recommend staying here. The property looks nothing like the pictures. It’s dirty! First 5min we got there we had to switch rooms . Someone’s kid wrote on every door on the first floor rooms . Writing all over inside the hotel room. The front desk switched us to the room next door saying it was recently painted . We were in the room for 2 hours found three roaches. We bought the roach to the front desk . They said we could only get a full refund if we check out right then . We drove over 4 hours and had to be at a baby shower . This experience made us late my son was uncomfortable. He had to stay with another family member . We had to stay here and take the 50 percent refund . Had to leave all of our clothes packed on the bed . We didn’t get back to the hotel until 2am. 20min later the fire alarm goes off. Worst experience ever . Will never stay here again and beware. I will be posting this on google reviews with the pictures and videos . SMH
