I liked the location. I liked that lobby looked and felt welcoming. I liked that they had 24/7 security even though it wasn’t a 5 star or better hotel. I actually thought it was going to be loud at night and I can honestly say, it was quiet.
It was dirty. All the doors that I had to pass through were filthy and if the door had glass, omg the glass was even more disgusting. They only had 1 cleaning lady. I had no washcloths in my room. I went out and brought my own cleaning supplies.

The lobby was nice and clean.
I didn’t like that the appliances were so old. The windows didn’t look like they were clean. My door card key wasn’t working so I had to keep going to the front desk. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff.

The main lobby was dark. My room key was always not working and I believe it was because they do not use new key cards, they re-use them. I had to go to lobby 5-6 times for them to re-activate. Room was fine, but bed mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The grounds were not particularily clean, pool was closed. Also it was a large property and they always booked people right next to me that were load into the way hours of the night and morning, so hard to get a good night sleep.
