Staff was nice and I had everything I needed in my room but the bed definitely could have been more comfortable. They are in the process of doing renovations so maybe that will get changed eventually. Could have used a shower head with a bit more strength as well. With long hair it can take long with a shower head that has a weak spray. Otherwise it was good and I've stayed here before and other rooms were fine.

I was pleased, no carpet. The bath towels are great, wish I could buy them. The opaque curtains were torn a few places room 243, down 2 halls , I think. Good shuttle service and good breakfast choices.

Miriam was so polite and professional!! She upgraded us to a closer suite, and was very welcoming!! We were very grateful. It was lovely to have the shuttle to and from hotel, and to start the day with breakfast! Highly recommend

We had a very short layover, came in late and had to leave early. The shuttle service was very busy when we needed to get back to the airport but the front desk person was very helpful in getting us back to the airport in time. The room was neat and ideal for a very quick turn around.

They had no available shuttle to come back aiirport 6 6:30 7 i had to take 5:30 .first transport had to wait 40 minutes

Mostly good. Very accommodating due to last minute booking (Booked very quickly after cancelling my booking at Hotel Beausejour due to appalling conditions including mold, lack of cleanliness &security, spider & bed bug infestation). Check in was very professional and efficient. Received follow up call asking if room was satisfactory. Excellent customer service. Requested wake up call which was acknowledged but never happened. Check out was also efficient. Booked airport shuttle at 4:30 but after loading suitcase etc it was discovered that all seats were full. They carefully record shuttle passengers for each shuttle but someone had sneaked on. The shuttle had to leave on time so they left me behind instead if finding the interloper. I was forced to pay a $25 taxi fee for the trip to the airport only 1 KM away. The hotel made the mistake but refused to pay for the taxi. Customer service was excellent up to that point where they refused to provide the free shuttle service advertised. If I had waited for the shuttle to return I would not have made the flight so I was blackmailed into paying for a taxi.

Great service and room but we are unable to control the room temperature. It was very hot (24c), and when we called the front desk, they told us to open a window.

Everything was good. We were a bit disappointed as older seniors, that our room was as far as you could get from the desk causing a long walk with a lot of luggage.

Like - nice size room, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Could do better - some facilities tired (heating /air con) and breakfast was 'ok' but quite tasteless (but was included)

Their shuttle service was not as advertised. I called them 3 times and had to wait almost one and half hour at the airport until their shuttle bus showed up.

Location is going through some renovations, so bare with. Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Downside for me, I couldn't adjust the room temperature - it was a little cold for me. But otherwise a comfortable stay.

Property was as shown, aside from a few issues with the physical property inside the room (i.e. the toilet paper holder was a bit loose and the bathroom door closed weirdly), it was great!

Avoid if you can. It’s so noisy. Curtains don’t close properly and are too short-had to move rooms. Just terrible service. Staff were great though. Quality does the whole chain a disservice. Will avoid this chain like the plague. Too many issues for many locations.

Cleanliness was good and staff were kind. Walls are paper thin though, and I was put in a connecting room so I could hear literally everything the family next door was doing, they were especially loud.

It is close to the airport but the facilities were not all well functionning as in the bathroom. There was less guidance to get settled even though the first driver who came to pick me at the airport was very professional and the ladies who were at the reception too. I liked the fact they offer coffee and breakfast.

My complaint is not with property, but with Expedia, that does not include the property phone number, in the PDF file sent to me. Please for now on, include the hotels phone number, so when we arrive at the airport and want to call for the shuttle, we can do it without trouble.

The hotel and the room were clean. The shuttle was a plus. From the room you could hear the cars driving on the street. The breakfast was 4 of 10.
