The room was clean and everything was in place. The check-in process was just 2 minutes. There is plenty of parking. Our room was next to the highway, but the noise subsided later into the night. We enjoyed the breakfast with just enough options.

We stay here all the time. At least 3-4 times a years. Wine country. Always a nice room Clean and day shift check-in is outstanding. Only problem this time(which is Dish TV) was the problem. Some channels(which are not a lot had no sound: By the time end of wine tasting we want to relax in our room and watch some TV. First time this has happened.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was updated and comfortable and the bed was one of the best we slept in. Very clean and inviting. The made to order waffles were a very nice touch for the all inclusive breakfast. We are looking forward to coming back when we will be in Solvang. Great find!

I was pretty comfortable for the one night I spent at this hotel. The property itself looks a bit run down and it abuts a highway, which made for some louder traffic. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The location suited my needs.

Good breakfast and good service! The facility of the suite is designed well and suitable for senior and disables. Only thing not ideal is the leaking shower head and broken table lamp.

Walls and ceiling thin and noisy. The fence gate type of door latch at eye level was dangerous, needs a better type.

The carpet floors and bathroom were not thoroughly cleaned. The AC also had it's filter change light on.

The service was excellent- everyone from the front desk, the cleaning staff and the girls who took care of the breakfast room! The heater for the room was a bit noisy kicking on and off all night and blew air in my face since it was next to the bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with soft sheets.

I really like there are many nearby places to go eat, gas station across the street and best thing it is only 6 minutes away from Solvang.

It was a very nice property. Close enough to the city of Solvang without the crowds. Breakfast included was really nice. Parking was always available.

Susan was very polite at check-in. Housekeeper was very nice when we asked for more towels. And the beds and pillows were cozy. Their free breakfast was well stocked a little bit of everything.

I do not typically leave reviews, but this inn exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and did not lack in finishing touches. The towels were folded nicely and there was a mini fridge and lots of drawer/closet space for our belongings. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was very good and included lots of options; eggs, bacon, waffles, potatoes, toast, bagels, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, fruit etc. It was definitely a great stay and we will be returning to Quality Inn again!

Tried the handicapped room at main desk level--Unfortunately loud door slamming partyers across the hall from me. Greeted with fresh bakery good on arrival and a very good hot breakfast.

Nice breakfast that was included, refundable cancellation, ease of access to US 101. I especially like the walk-in shower in the "accessible" room provided to me.
