All sorts of food and drink outside left or right. Easy parking lot a block away. Older but well kept. Me st rooms have a terrace looking over a green area. Mellow.

The reception staff and the older lady at breakfast were very helpful. Young at breakfast could be friendlier and serve with at least some goodwill.
The room was clean and not too small. The bathroom was just fine. The room has air conditioning; however, it is too loud to sleep with it running.
The food selection at breakfast was not on the level of a three-star Best Western. However, you could get enough various coffee selections or even various ones on the same day.
The surroundings of the hotel seemed safe and not loud during the night.
