Location. 5 mins from station but far enough to not have the "station" vibe (right among many local dwellings). Close to centre, West, and East sides of city, so everything central is walkable. Despite a heat wave, the room was cool at night. The balconies are cute. I was allowed to leave my bags the day after and see things before my train later that day. Everything perfectly clean inside, and the staff are exceptional. Would definitely book again.
Coffee. I did not have change for machine so I had to leave to find a bar. Fine, but I like to have my morning coffee before leaving.

Family-run and genuinely warm; the owners went the extra mile, even finding us an iron when we needed one. The location is excellent: a quiet residential block in San Salvario, surrounded by local cafés and restaurants, and only a few minutes on foot from Porta Nuova station. Great value for the price. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying in a real Turin neighborhood.

Most things were fine. It was a decent sized room and the bed was nice, the shower was decent and the location was excellent.
It was mostly fine. It just took a bit of time to get used to the fan and the light.

Very near to Porto Nova station. Clean. Airy. Helpful staff. Has a kettle and teabags. Comfortable. Very good shower. Places to eat nearby. Near the centre.
