My room was, new mattress and very comfortable. The AC was new as well, I would stay in this particular room again.

Overall area wasn’t great if you have higher standards, but room was very clean, bed really comfy. Water system was pretty touchy but overall not bad. Great option for solo/short budget trip.

I frequently stay here. The fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, TV, heater/AC, and shower, and clean room make it a delightful place to stay. The low price this time was a welcome relief, considering the recurring cost of travel to and from California. The room was clean. Located near the Williamette river where a lot of homeless hang out, so be aware of your surroundings. That's the only downside, but that's Corvallis. It reminds me to appreciate having a job and a roof over my head.
